I had to size up in these boots because the sizing comes a tiny bit small and with them being so sturdy I expected them not to stretch much.I took these boots to bestival with me along with a pair of wellies. Although they are 'weather proof' I planned to wear them on the drier days and my wellies on the rainy days just so the suede wouldn't be ruined by all the sludge and mud.The first night was dry and these held up really well, they were a bit stiff at first but I hadn't worn them in so that was to be expected. The did become quite sore on the sides of my toes but I have also but this down to me having rather wide feet.The second day it chucked it down and so I opted for my wellies,

Timberland boots are the best. My first pair have lasted over 10yrs and still wearable in dry weather. The sole is starting separate so it leaks a wee bit. My second pair, a beautiful golden nubuck with white trim is only for shopping and nice events but as comfortable as can be. I just bought this pair for my all weather boot to walk the dog, garden and plenty of other outside work. They fit great, and the tread is great for gripping any type of land. Unlike the other boots, the tough doesn't not have any extra padding, so you will want to apply mink oil/leather softener so it doesn't rub against your ankle. (I had ankle surgery making that particular area more sensitive than rest of foot.)So you can say I'm a solid Timberland buyer and product believer.

I ordered my timbs on 19/12/18 using prime and arrived two days later. Genuine timberlands for a good price! I was very hesitant about whether to order them or not since they were the cheapest i found compared to the original website. Came in a timberland shoe box, perfectly packaged with its reference code (i used to check it up to be sure it is real). Felt quite heavy when i first held it... i tried it on and felt quite heavy on my feet. When you start using them, expect the top of the tongue of the shoe to be rubbing against the skin, unless you are wearing thick socks. The heel bit felt quite uncomfortable for a few days. It is now 07/01/19 and they have adjusted to my feet,

I just received the boot and only worse it once, so I won't be able to comment on how the boot holds up in inclement weather and over a duration of time, just yet. Great looking boot, excellent workmanship. Worth the amount paid. However, I will say that the ankle area really hurt the back of my leg. I believe that despite the appearance of padding on the back side of the ankle area, the boot is very stiff and I believe that is the reason for the pain I am experiencing. I assume that once the boot breaks in, this will go away and the fit will be great. I find that the overall feel of the shoe is quite comfortable and keeps my feet really warm. A plus for the upcoming winter season we experience here in MA.

I have had several pairs of Timberland Nellie Chukkas (brown, grey, black, pink). They really are the best. I've bought other makes and styles of boots along the way but I always end up coming back to this style. They are sturdy and waterproof, comfy, and always look good, either with jeans or a pair of black trousers. These are particularly nice, a dusty dark green with iridescent hardware. They are neutral enough to go with anything and are a nice change from black. My only gripe is the laces. My first pair of Nellies came with sturdy two-tone laces that lasted years. Since then, my Nellies have arrived with thin laces that are hard to pull. A bit mean considering the cost of the boots!

Timberland boots are great for the winter weather in Pennsylvania. I wear a women's size 11 shoe and these are comfortable and a bit roomy (which I don't mind because I add socks) I wouldn't go down in size though.The tread allows me to feel safe walking on damp floors and gives a great support. The outer suede/ leather shell is warm and sturdy and I use a leather waterproof protector spray to keep them looking nice. I'm a senior and these aren't only comfortable, they're cute with jeans or with a denim skirt and leggings. The price wasn't bad either, I paid less than $25.00 for them and they were like new! With Timberland boots you'll never go wrong.

I ordered the boots in the evening around 7pm and it arrived the next day at12.30pm, less than 24 hours. Like to say a big thank you to the seller who did a prompt delivery.I love the boots. It is light and not heavy but not sure about durability yet. The boots are not worn in yet, still a bit stiff.. I actually went to the shop to try out for size before I ordered here. The width fitting is the same all round. I guess it is timbs standard mould for Nellie chukka. But there are NOT wide fitting by UK standard. They are regular or medium for UK sizes.As for the colour here, it is dark red, maroon in fact I called it, definitely not dark brown.

I bought these boots online as I was looking for a trendy pair of good strong boots... they fit true to type. I got a 7.5 UK size even though I take usually a size 7 UK or 8UK, so I went for the middle size, so to speak. Perfect fit. They come in a medium to large width, so you can still wear your wool socks! Also they have "greenish/blue" pearly eyeholes, with a cute emblem on the side. I was amazed they looked exactly as the advertising "image" on Amazon. They are so comfy, though I would advice that you should spray them with a Nubuck/Leather protector if you are bearing the elements. Fantastic price.

I love these boots, they are well made, lovely colour, comfortable, but I am tad confused. I am size 7 U.K. on wider side. Now I followed the size chart given with the boots. So I ordered 9 (as per label, which is equivalent to size 7 U.K.) I just tried themon they are comfy, like super comfy. But a bit loose, now I am not sure if the are supposed to be like this! I haven’t had timberlands before, so I am just wondering if I should go a size down or they are fine lol. Although, the shoes are not loose and won’t come out while I walk but still a bit loose from font. Any suggestions anyone?

I think these boots are super cute and I'm so glad they fit! My favorite brand of shoes is Oboz, they fit great, are super supportive but they are hiking shoe and can't really "dress-up" an outfit. I have a hard time finding boots that fit because I have slightly wider feet. I first ordered a size 8.5W, the length was great but they were too tight for me. I exchanged them for a 9W, the length is a little too long but do-able and the width is great! I don't care for the shoe laces (hard to tie) but I plan on ordering ribbon laces to dress them up. So excited to have cute boots again!!!

I usually size up all my foot wear my half a size because of my wide feet, but I think I would’ve been better off just getting my regular size. Left foot creased after first use. Tore the front of my ankles up the first day too. 2nd day wearing it (next day) I thought I’ll be fine putting a paper towel to block the rubbing but it just made it worse. I use to get the ones with a higher top, but I went with the ankle ones for the first time & lowkey regret how bad it tore my ankles up. It just recently snowed I. NYC and that’s when I wore them. Kept my feet dry though!

I have had many pairs of Nellie Chukkas during my 70 years, in many different colours. I loved them all but these are the best so far. The black nubuck is really black and the iridescent hardware stops them looking too gloomy. They look very stylish with jeans, dresses or smart trousers. They fit perfectly and are very comfy. I wore them the day after I got them for 10 hours straight with no strain or pain. I have spent some time trying to find something as good so I can buy something different for a change, to no avail. I end up with another pair of these. Oh well!!

Really happy with these, I've seen reviews in the past questioning whether timberlands sold on amazon are real (not this particular style, but others) but these are 100% genuine.At the time of purchase I paid £65 which is an amazing price, I went up half a size even though they're supposed to be wide fit and I'm glad I did, as a 6 wouldn't have fit.The picture doesn't do them justice, the trim around the top and the timberland logo on the laces and side are a beautiful, deep pearlescent purple.Obviously they're excellently made, there's not a stitch out of place.

I already had a pair of these Timberland Nellie books which I had bought in America (size 8US - 6UK) but their shoe sizes come up small. I have therefore replaced them and bought them a UK half a size bigger which fit me much better.These boots are perfect all weather boots. When I wore these boots in America in the snow which was very deep indeed, the snow just vanished when it the boots. I was so impressed that is why I wanted another pair. These boots keep your feet warm and dry being waterproof and are comfortable too. Would recommend.

Its a classic boot. The wife loves it. She says other boots usually take some time to break in this was easy. We went to the beach and she wore these boots, it was a wrong decision, but the fault did not lay with the boots it belonged to the one with the feet. For what it was worth, she was complemented for the boot color choice. It was actually my choice. But she accepted the complement without hesitation. It is rather surprising how this mustard yellow came to be socially acceptable. But here we are, yellow boots and everything.
