I've been a huge fan of palladiums for a while now and these are no exception. I'm absolutely in love with these. These are such sick boots. I want to get the taller ones next time I can afford new boots. But palladium boots last forever and are badass. These canvas ones fit perfectly. I wear a 6.5-7 and the 7 s are absolutely perfect. These canvas boots look like a super badass converse. Basically they are comfortable look awesome and can deliver a mean throat kick if needed. Palladium boots I love you. I'm a customer forever. I do have a boot obsession and latch on to a pair until they are no longer recognizable or wearable. I need 5 pair to rotate. So palladium if you're listening hook a girl up.My only panic moment came from ordering because these shoes come in men's and women's. I awoke mid slumper after unordered having dreamt I ordered a men's size 7. I couldn't imagine having to wait more than the 2 days it took to ship them before I could wear them. I needed them on my feet pronto. Luckily I ordered the correct size and haven't taken them off.

This is my first experience buying shoes online. I was hesitant because I'm used to being able to try them on first. I've been wearing them a little over a week now, and here's the conclusion:They're great! They're just the high tops I've been looking for with soles that aren't so thin that I can feel every pebble that I walk on. I walk everywhere, so I needed good walking shoes that aren't running shoes. Color is exactly as it looks in the picture (whatever color "Boue" is. I call it "some-kind-of-green.")Cons are that they took about three days to break in. Hurt my feet pretty bad, especially around the heel where the shoe seems to be the most inflexible. The canvas lining at the top cuts into the heel a bit as well,so I have to make sure I don't tie the laces too ties. This might go away with more time, though. The toes are also a tad too pointy, but I also have wide, flat feet. This also might go away eventually. They seem to be well made and ought to last a good while. Perhaps I'll update this in a year on their condition.

I have loads of shoes but alas, none of them provide any substantial support. I have mild scoliosis and shoes with poor support makes standing a pain. I had a few pairs of these shoes back in college and I remember wearing them until they fell apart. I didn't know where to find them in the pre-online shopping era. The love affair ended and I had been lovelorn ever since. This reunion is joyous. When I stand my back pain is severely reduced. I have a desk that can be adjusted to standing, which is my preferred method of working. I could last an hour or two and then I would have to take a sitting break for two hours. My Palladiumskeep me standing four hours plus.I have to take a break of course and even then I'm not yearning for a Mr. Bentley to come and stand on my back for relief. I am just dating myself all through this review aren't I? The boot is very stylish and can be worn with almost anything. You can't beat the price, either. I will be adding several more colors to the collection.

I bought these shoes for my wife to hike in. When she first tried them on she mentioned they felt a little big and she was worried her foot would slide around too much in her shoe. After using two pairs of socks (thin sock for additional skin layer and a thick sock on top) she said it felt comfortable. These shoes had a bit of baptism by fire their first time out. We hike Mt. Olympus near Salt Lake City, Utah during a warm Spring day. This shoe found itself hiking through dust, mud, snow, over shale rock, boulders and steep rock faces and held up pretty well. Given that it is a canvas shoe her feet did get wet, but they only got wet on our descent down through the melting snow in the late afternoon. The tread did a pretty good job of giving her traction on all the different surfaces and she finished the hike blister free.I would not recommend these shoes for wet or snowy hikes, but both my wife and I were surprised with how well they held up.

I love these Palladiums. They are great and look really cute on. Really fits well and are so comfortable under foot. Good grip. Light to wear. However, the only thing I found with this particular style is that the ankle cuff is a bit too stiff and ridged. There is no flexibility or give when you walk, so the ridge of the cuff tends to dig in and rub against my ankles making them sore. Perhaps if they changed the shape of the ankle cuff and made a slight dip in the back it wouldn't cut into the ankle quite so much. Or it may just need the fabric in that area to be softer or padded. The newer designs that are currently out now as I speak (April 2014)are styled with a much higher ankle cuff which can be worn turned right up or with flaps down. They are much more comfortable on the ankles, but don't look as great when the flaps are turned down. But that's a personal preference.

1.( Fit ): I wear a size 11 in Women's. They fit perfect, with thin or thick socks. Unlike other boots, my feet don't slosh all over the place.2. ( Quality) : This is why I was a little hesitant. They looked like they would have flat soles and no comfort. WRONG! There are strips of some soft material around the ankle for added comfort! The soles are very good for boots. I walked 9 miles in them and dint get "concrete feet". The "flesh" of the boot is very thick stitching. No worries of holes developing anywhere. The bottoms of the shoes grip better than I imagined. I walked up mud hills with ease, and entered little ponds of water with no wet socks afterwards :).3. (Shipping ): It seemed like forever because I REALLY wanted them :). It was only a 4 day wait (no next day shipping).

This is my 3rd pair of Pampas and I love them. They hold up fairly well for my job - lots of running around outside and inside on concrete floors. They could have better arch support, but they are better than wearing Vans or Converse. The rubber toe keeps me from hurting myself as much. I usually wear a size 7, but in this particular model I wear a 6.5. They are tight the first few wears but they break in fairly easily. If you're going to be outside a lot, I would recommend treating them with a silicone spray, because they wear down a lot faster after they have been exposed to the elements. My last pair faded really quickly, and I think this was why. I might purchase my next pair a size larger, just so that I can fit in an arch support insole of some sort.

I have 5 pairs of Palladium Pampa Hi, and Pallabrouse styles. I love the sporty-outdoor style and the many color options. I normally wear a size 7 or 7 1/2 in other brands of shoes and boots, however I have found the Palladiums at least for my feet, seem to run larger. I just had to return the black size 7 1/2 and reordered a size 7, and am presently waiting for their arrival. The soles I love, but there is no arch support in these shoes, if you need that. I love how Amazon, for some items, does free shipping and free returns. My family adores Amazon and it is the first place we look to shop. Update: the size 7 shoes arrived and they are perfect!

I really miss wearing my lace-up ankle boots when the weather turns warm, so I was happy to find these to wear during the fall, when it's still hot but I don't want to wear summer shoes. They look great, and as some reviewers have said, they are (amazingly) comfortable right out of the box. They're lightweight, but substantially made. They look great with jeans, and I think they'll be great with leggings and skirts as well. I have big feet, and they don't emphasize that the way that some boots do. Really great purchase!

I had bought these for a trip to South Korea for some hiking in the mountains there. These are pretty nice and glad I bought a size up a bit since I did get a bit wet and thy shrunk just a little bit.The soles are very well made and have plenty of traction. Especially, going up a lot of man made stairs in the mountains and rocky trails that incline up a lot.I recommend getting some proper soles tho. Gel ones from Dr. Scholls if you can. the factory soles are alright, but they can get brutal on loooong trails.

A really fun boot, very youthful look, cheap too! The only issue is there is almost no support inside, which means no hiking in these things. They might be perfect for women without my train-tunnel arches and my heel slippage issues, as a light strolling boot. These aren't meant for the cold either, as they are canvas. But they are an EXCELLENT alternative to Converse or Sketchers. Much more stylish and an excellent tread!I didn't expect support so I'm giving these 5 stars. Great canvas marchers.

I bought these boots as a walking shoe for an upcoming European backpacking trip. My fingers were crossed that they were going to be comfy and I'm so happy they are. They're really well constructed and the rubber sole makes them very cushioned and comfortable. They have a wide toe bed which is great for me cause my baby toes don't rub on the aides at all. There is not a lot of arch support but that can be easily remedied by an insole if that's a concern. All in all they are a great boot!

I remembered Palladium footwear from the 90's and used to find it both comfortable and versatile, so was pleased to find it available again and immediately ordered a pair. The boots are exactly as comfortable as I remember and the mustard colour is really cool and goes with most outfits. Only draw back is that they run small, so had to size up and unfortunately Amazon had raised price when I wanted to reorder. Service and price was great though, so I am considering getting another pair.

It is so damn hard to find shoes that actually FIT MY FEET. (9.5 US, extremely narrow) Palladium has the sole of a Doc Marten, which is always too wide for me, and the width is for us people who do not have overly wide paws. Also, I have nerve damage in my feet, and Palladium wear actually INCREASES my ability to walk around on my feet longer. Other shoes I made it 15 minutes through a grocery store; Palladium I can get all the way through a trip. Will buy more. More, I tell you!

These boots I've been looking for a long time. Though the price I paid for something like these back in the 90's was way way way cheaper but these boots are very comfy but no slick grip on bottom of soul . So I wouldn't recommend using them for work. But arrived in timely manner and in great condition. NEW. Looks great with skinny jeans and boot cut as well. Went up to Pt.Reyes and hiked all day and my feet didn't hurt at all. :) So yes! I highly recommend this product.
