Great deal "as new". Unfortunately difficult to review because it had NO key enclosed. There was also a small piece of broken plastic (no idea where it came from). So without the key we had to return to Amazon.Thule are the best make however and from what we saw of it, very well made. I have ordered another one of these models which arrives in a few days - hopefully we will have better luck this time.
