This was my first model to make in many years and was a lot bigger than anything I tried before, but the simplicity of the pieces made construction easy, some times the smaller bits, like the medals very fiddly. Painting was the real challenge, but the details in the pieces are crisp and this really helps to distinguish between cloths, collars, belt and straps etc. You don't have to guess where things start and end as everything in the molding process must have worked full. Highly recommend, personally I think the NCO peaked cap looks a lot better that the M43 cap shown.

Goes together really well with 2 options on the build. Right arm variations and hat. Makes tank commander or assault gun commander. For those who know assault guns were classed as arty rather than Tanks, with Tanks having pink pipping on the shoulder and the arty having red and the colour of the uniform

Great figure, but could have done a slightly better job on the tank crewman's facial features. Having said that, I suppose the tank crewmans primary function was to go to battle rather than do the catwalk!

this will be the third one i have bought just right for my 1/16 tank collection 2 versions can be made from this kit and the detail is amazing! recommended
