I was a little sceptical after taking it out of the packaging as it was quite light and my heart sunk , I definitely didn’t think that it would match up to the quality of my last machine , but I wasn’t going to be defeated . Very easy to assemble instructions very straightforward . I have to say it took literally mins to assemble and fill up with water and for the temp gauge to be ready to go . It looks great in my kitchen, makes great espresso with a good foam & the milk steamer works fantastically too. It is easy to refill with water and to clean. Really, really pleased with this purchase

Great piece of kit, I only disappointment was it was plastic rather than metal. Not really a major problem as it’s so easy to use and the foamer is great too.

Beautiful little machine portafilter is a bit leightweight and feels plasticky though other than that id give it top marks .

You cannot go wrong for the price with a 2 year Warranty + an additional 1 year when the product is registered online.
