this is a great machine, as other reviews takes a few coffees to get it right, you will get more out of machine by watching delongi clips on you tube, from setting up, making coffee, also cleaning, which make things simple, a 200g bag of beans made about 35 cups in 2days, this machine looks the part, the only thing that could be better is the silver plate you put your cup on, marks/scratches very easy, might do better if used glass mugs, not cheap but worth it for anyone that enjoys there coffee

I had a De'Longhi Magnifica & decided to upgrade to a Bean to cup machine with automatic milk frother. So I bought a De'Longhi Prima Donna Exclusive. I was thoroughly disappointed with the coffee quality. This machine is <1/2 the price of the Prima Donna. It has produced perfect cappuccinos every single time. I love the timer & cleaning functions. Very slick 1 button operation. No need to hold your pitcher up against a frothing wand. With a Health Service Discounts Card, I got 5% cashback too!

+ It is great to be free from using pods.-Wish I knew that the water tank needs a filter - I was hoping for a machine with no extras to be purchased.Making a coffee involves a lot of prep by the machine and takes a bit longer but you get used to it.The milk frother is ok. The highest froth setting does not work so have to use the medium froth setting. The high one spits the milk out so there is loads of milk splats everywhere. The froth does not last long compared to our prev machine.

This is a Great Coffee Machine but not that simple to setup as there are so many elements to it, took me over an hour to read through the instructions while setting things up as I read before I could get my first cup of great coffee, although I have to advise the obvious that while the Machine is really good it cannot make Good coffee out of Poor Beans, so choose them wisely remembering that if you actually want a strong cup you need strong flavoured beans. Definitely Recommend this Machine.

Makes a very good cup of coffee, with a reasonable sized hopper to last quite a few drinks.Easy to change strength of coffee. Time to warm up is reasonable.The only negative points are that it seems to use a lot of water to clean itself both before AND after making a coffee. So I fill this up way more often than I did my old pod-based machine.Also, for the cappuccino, the milk isn't hot - it's probably about 'luke warm'. So every cappuccino has to go into the microwave for 30 seconds.

Positives-Very user friendly espresso machine.-Pressure & steamer do froth milk to perfection -Coffee grinder is integrated & can be easily adjusted to défirent coffee types, fantastic!-used it for cappuccino, espresso & cafe latte made to high street coffee shop.-used immediately it stays on idle, no switch onNegatives-size is quite big for my kitchen (size microwave)-Grinder coffee level is not indicated in digital panel-water tank need refil everyday if used extensively

Brilliant machine & great coffee at touch of a button. Went for this as it’s bean to cup and has a built in milk frother - so it’s quick and easy to use. Perfect coffee at the touch of a button. Milk could be hotter but a quick zap in the microwave sorts that in no time.. Milk only setting allows us to make hot chocolates with milk as well. Initial set up did take some time but once done, couldn’t be simpler to operate. Instruction videos on you tube easier than manual. Highly recommend.

De'Longhi bean to cup coffee machine is a very advanced piece of equipment. The functions are endless first of all I would say it looks really expensive and makes a perfect coffee every time I now find it very easy to use but at first I was terrified of using it but I found self help videos on u tube made by De'Longhi there was 77 videos to show you everything you need to know they are a must watch to get the full potential of the machine I love it no more expensive coffee chains for me.

Getting the machine ready to make the 1st coffee took a little longer than I had planned, in my wife’s eagerness to try our new bean to cup machine, she selected German by accident, that added time to get back to English.After that it is so easy to use, put the beans in the top, the milk into the container and once the strength is set, it’s one button for the perfect cappuccino.I would advise having a 2nd cup to hand as when you turn the machine on or off it has a cleaning cycle

The lowest price I could find for this model. It doesn't have a separate the shower latte or americano button but it does make them both! The milk isn't as hot as I like it but this is designed to preserve the flavour which is great. The cappuccino button can be setup to provide a big mug of milky coffee and the level of foam adjusted from frothy to latte. Solid, compact, quiet, fits neatly under a top unit, milk, water & grounds accessed from the front. Auto; clean, on/off & eco mode.

I love this coffee machine make really nice taste and hot coffee if people know how to use it only one small problem :( make cold milk which I see on some reviews but I try and I know is true but I am not to worry about this just don’t put Cold milk and maybe will make hot milk better other one descale I have to do just after 2 weeks I get this coffee machine which I was surprised this is to early.I don’t even take of label from the coffee machine because I don’t want to damage. :)

Had been after a coffee machine for a while and when I saw this on offer thought it was too good to miss. One of my better decisions in December I must say. Easy to set up and use and makes a really good sized coffee when using the long cup setting. Only feature that I would have liked would be the ability to either steam some milk, or have the ability to add from the milk container on the side when not making a cappuccino. Overall would recommend to any coffee lover

I have waited an age to be able to afford a bean to cup machine, and finally in this year's sale I could.It takes a little getting used to but in the end once you feel your way around it's a great machine.A word of warning though, the description says that it does latte and latte macchiato, which is true if you start the milk frother then add a shot of coffee and then start the frother again; there is no one button does all for this like the cappuccino button.

On first impressions the instructions were intimidating, but in day-to-day use it's really straightforward. You can select the strength of coffee and choose one or two short or long cups. Cappuccino just requires you to fill the milk frother. It takes a couple of minutes to warm up and about a minute to make a cup of coffee/cappuccino using an internal water tank. The menus and on-screen instructions are very straightforward. Machine is compact and looks great.

I love our Delonghi Coffee Machine and use all functions.Once the short learning curve is done, it's very easy to turn or push the knob to get to whatever brew you desire. It's great having the separate milk container that can go right in the fridge after use, Very solid piece of equipment. Warms up quickly and is easy to use & clean.. The look of the machine is clean and sleek, Overall I love the machine.My whole family loves this machine.
