On removing this product from the box I was immediately impressed by the quality and look of this machine. Easy to set up and instruction are not to complex and easy to follow The frothing device is easy to use but I would recommend you have a few practise go with it to get the hang of it , excellent for making speciality coffee's like Latte and Cappuccino.This machine would not look out of place in a café/coffee shop with its professional appearance and performance.Definitely recommend.

Opening the box I was at once struck by the fact that this machine wouldn't look out of place on the counter of your local Starbucks. The machine is much lighter than you would think by the initial look of it and yet feels solidly built and has a feel of quality with a good positive feel to the dispenser etc. The operation doesn't require you to be a Barista, but you do need to read the instructions carefully and follow them precisely. Altogether an excellent machine and well worth the money.

For an espresso machine that costs around £100, this machine delivers. The boiler produces just enough water to provide a decent espresso shot, complete with crema. The boiler is small, which is great, as it stops you over extracting, as you turn the water dial off when the green light goes out. Flick it over to steamer, and it then does a reasonable job at heating milk too. You need a small metal jug to settle the milk, as there’s a fair bit of foam produced, but you can settle this in jug

The packaging was adequate,and easily removed .The coffee tastes good and had a great crema(head).The appearance and design of the machine is suitable for most kitchens.The instructions were clear and easy .You have to turn off the flow of water manually when it reaches the level required It would be better to have pre-set buttons,as by using the appropriate coffee holder you know which size coffee you want. The machine cleans easily,the milk frother can be used to produce hot chocolate.

Well, what can I say about my new DeLonghi ECP33,21 Expresso Coffee Machine?I'm rather impressed I must say... Huge improvement over my previous EC221.B model. This unit is stylish and sleek, rather than bulky and plastic looking. Love the idea of using pods as alternative to ground coffee, and the added hot water feature is a bonus too... Fantasticly built with features easy to use.. Everything you would expect from DeLonghi at a very reasonable price.. Big thumbs up DeLonghi....

Easy to use; controls are bright shiny silver plastic, but feel solid when in use. The time to make coffee was 1 minute from switch on. Milk frother works well but can be messy.The tank holds 1ltr, and can be filled without removing it, but can be removed easily for cleaning.It comes complete with 3 filters - for 1 cup or 2 cups using loose coffee, and for coffee pods. These filters clip into the holder easily, but as they are quite a tight fit and care is needed when removing them.

This Coffee Maker is nicely designed, attractive and because it has clean, simple controls it wouldn't scare a first time user of this type of machine.It is well built, very straightforward to set up right out of the box and heats up very quickly.Surprisingly the correct coffee pods were a little difficult to source however, I did find some at one of our three local supermarkets. The machine makes an exceptional quality Espresso and the milk frother is easy to use and quick.

The look and feel of this rather elegant machine makes a welcome addition to any kitchen. It would not look out of place in any trendy restaurant and the features allow for great tasting products to be made from either beans or ESE coffee pods. Unfortunately the pods are difficult to locate in the local supermarkets and as such this is a frustration with this product. The set up is easy to do with no fuss required, the finish of this product seems robust for long term use.

Got this wondering how well it would perform based on its price point but it's exceeded my expectations. It only has two dial switches one of which is on or off so it's really simple to figure out and use. The parts are easy to clean and maintain and are also cheap to find and replace with a quick Google search which is handy for if they ever break. There is a cheaper model which has all the same functionality but I preferred the aesthetic of the steel frame.

Loving my machine and the coffee it makes to, this machine is able to use ground coffee as well as the coffee pods, and its easy to set up and to start making your coffee the milk frother is very easy to use and l also and like to adjustable steam feature to froth your milk if you are making a cappuccino and if you enjoy coffee or cappuccino as much as l do then this machine is definitely the one for you and you will not be disappointed...

My previous machine was very noisy and vibrated , the foamer sounded like a jet engine screaming at high pitch so much so that I had to wear ear plugs, thank goodness it broke down and I bought the DE Longi the difference was startling it was quiet the foamer worked well and it made hot even very hot coffee I cannot fault this machine so do not waste your money on something more expensive it will not do a better job than this one

This machine is a perfect starter for people who want to get into making coffee shop standard coffee from home. Does everything you’d need a coffee machine to do - no more, no less. Milk frothed takes a bit of time to get used to but like everything practice makes perfect. Not quite the taste of coffee straight from the beans but it’s not far off and much better than the standard granules.Recommended overall.

Very happy with my purchase of this machine. The added bonus of having a milk frother that is coated in chrome is apparently a good thing, making it easier to clean the milk from it. The attachments all fit work perfectly and are of a high quality. If you enjoy espresso and espresso based drinks and don't want to fill your bin up with pods then get one of these machines and make your coffee properly!

Brilliant machineFrother is superb although I had to buy a metal jug and thermometer separately Makes lovely cappuccino, latte and hot chocolateVery easy to use and clean Very very good for the price I would definitely recommend buying a machine with its own separate frother as you can choose the temperature to make your milk as the machines that do it for you make the milk too cold for me

This Espresso machine looks and feels good and seems to be very sturdy, a quality product overall. The plastic lid could have been a bit more ridged. The set up was straight forward with a descriptive manual and graphical drawings very easy to use, clean and maintain. Makes a good coffee or cappuccino. The water boils fast to make a quick coffee, however it took several attempts to get the frothing.
