I have waited a while before reviewing this tan product. My images do not show the colour very well, so the third image across is without the tan, the knuckle with. I am tanned anyway, but I can honestly say there is a lovely difference, typical St Tropez colour I get when having a spray tan. The tube holds a dark brown colour paste, on first thoughts, I thought no, this will be no good for me. But I tried it and quite taken aback how pretty the colour is, very natural, but a very subtle darkness or enriched tan. As the products say, a light medium tan, and that’s how I would say it is. I have some on my legs and arms, a little bit goes an awful long way, and to be honest I just put it on with my hands,and did not use a mitt of any sort. Did it dye my hands, well no it didn’t strangely, very pleased of course. I have worn it all day doing boring household tasks, to include in and out of water to test. It came off a bit in water, but I am being very critical here, for review purposes. If anyone looked at my hands, nothing would be noticed to be frank. To be honest I would only wear St Tropez for going out purposes, or on holidays. So this product is very good for that, if you wear it daily, then you may need topping up on the hands. It does stay on extremely well throughout the day. I had a shower in the morning, put it on, didn’t even exfoliate, and it was still on in the morning, and this I might add was over 24 hours ! The cream feels soft and silky, as does the skin after. So to the smell of the cream, it’s lovely, I would describe it as like baby powder, or something similar. The smell is very faint and gorgeous, well I love it anyway. The tube comes in 100 mls and will last a long time unless you are in over kill. As a usually pale person without the past summer sun tanning me naturally, I found I have not gone orange whatsoever which is a blessing. So I suggest you need to correctly look at the colours to determine which one is for you. My recommendation are to go with your natural colour shown, then when it’s on, the cream shows a glowing natural enhanced colour of your own skin. Easy to remove via soap and water, no issues with that. When applying true to the description, there are no streaks, please check the description ingredients as you maybe allergic to some of them. The brand is St Tropez and the manufacturer is Cussons, the format states it is lotion, however it is a cream. The product is unisex so anyone can use it and will fit in a UK handbag, or if using from the USA your purse.This product does contain Benzyl Alcohol and DHA free.So all in all I feel this is an excellent product, very well made, lasts as described and value for money, as lasts ages, unless it’s topped up every day.Thank you to the seller for allowing me to purchase through Vine products.If you feel I have helped you in my review, please leave a helpful. St. Tropez is my go to brand for anything tan related. This Instant Tan is great when you just need a quick top up or coverage where your tan isn’t (like strap lines) it’s also perfect for special occasions as it’s as easy as applying a light moisturiser that’s streak free and quick drying, leaving an even matte light tan that’s definitely not orange but a natural golden tan. It looks a bit scary when you first see the cream in the 100ml tube , as it looks the same shade as Nutella spread lol, but don’t worry, it doesn’t go on dark at all but a light medium golden tan. If you wanted a lighter effect for your face try mixing it with your moisturiser for tinted look that lasts all day.It smells lovely too, unlike the standard St. Tropez Self Tan baked smell that can give the game away. I’ve worn it all day, it hasn’t come off, though it washed off my hands with soap and water, (I’d recommend using a tan mitt for bigger areas as it could stain your nails), it’s fine for sensitive skin too. St Tropez is my go to brand-I have tried other cheaper ones but always go back to this one as it just works so well for me! This is an apply, wear and wash off later instant glow that you can use if you don’t have time to do a more permanent spray or fake tan. I always like to have one ready for emergencies! I like my tan quite light as I’m pale skinned and this is perfect although I do mix with a little of my own own body moisturiser to make it go further and reduce the effect slightly. It showers off easily at the end of the day but make sure you do as it may transfer a bit otherwise. Don’t worry about how dark it looks in the tube, it doesn’t go on that dark but it may do if you use too much!So start lightly and build up to what you need-oh and use a hand mitt to apply it evenly without mess.

This review is for the St.Tropez instant bronzer - Face & Body in light/medium.St Tropez is my favourite fake tan brand, so I was very pleased to receive this. The bronzer comes in an attractive silver coloured bottle, with flip-top lid for easy dispensing. The first thing I noticed was the gorgeous smell, it's so refreshing compared to the usual unpleasant smell you get from most fake tans!The lotion is easy to apply, not sticky, and bronzes very slowly, This is a massive bonus for me. There's nothing I hate more than applying fake tan, especially before a big event, to end up looking like a carrot! At least with this product you know where you stand and know how much you need to apply to achieve your desired results.I am extremely happy with this fake tan and would recommend to others.

I have used fake tan for a number of years but mainly gradual tan or the one you leave overnight & wash off the following day so thought I'd give this a try. Great tan to use when you want an instant tan & have no time to wait for a tan to develop. I applied this with a Tanning Mitt & found it went on very smoothly & looked fantastic & I was left with a great natural tan. It did have a slight fake tan smell but it wasnt over powerful at all. What was great is it washes off easily in the shower & youre not left with patches of tan. I am really glad I got to try this instant tan out & I would certainly use it again.

I got this tan to review as part of Amazon Vine. I still light to use a light tan in winter just to give a bit of colour. I’ve not used many instant tans before instead going for the more traditional route but I was interested to see the results. This was easy to use, and applied streak free and didn’t smell like fake tan. This is medium/dark but only really have just a touch of colour with nice glow, not as much colour as a traditional fake tan. I think I will stick to my original tan but this is good to have as a back up for when you don’t have time for a tan to develop.

I always use St Tropez products as I have learnt the hard way that they are the best on the High Street for fake tanning. This instant tan is no exception, this is great if you want an instant tan for a special night out or a wedding. It washes off in the shower and is a quick fix if you want to look brown or just lightly tanned.I have the light/medium and it is perfect for my skin as I am very fair skinned and the shade is just right. I love the sheerness of this and it is easy to apply with a tanning mitt. A quick fix and a brilliant price.

I didn't use tanning products for years but I have been feeling a bit pale and washed out in lockdown so I decided to try some out. I really love St. Tropez the best - excellent quality stuff. This is not a full-on self-tanning cream, more a quick fix for instant subtle and glowing healthy colour you can build on if you keep using it. Think of it as a whole-body foundation! Stays on until you wash it off in the shower - I had a bit of transfer to a towel where I hadn't wiped it thoroughly enough so do take care of that.

This was just what I needed as we go into the colder months and I’m starting to look more and more washed out.I’ve never gone wrong with St Tropez in the past and this is the same.I like that easy process of applying this product it’s a good quick fix when you need a tan in a hurry.Going all out with fake tanning is a painstaking process that takes time so it’s nice to have something quick to apply.It’s give you a nice even tan that is natural in colour.

I just love St.Tropez!Their products make you look natural and they work instantly without making you look orange like a carrot.I suggest you go gradually and understand how much product you need to apply.In my case, with one application I am good to go.Love that their tan develops gradually so it looks very natural in the end.It is water and transfer resistant but wait for it to dry before dressing yourself.It comes off with soap and water.

This face and body tan is really nice and I have lots of different products from St. Trapez too.It was super easy to use with a tan glove and also dryes pretty quick ?.I have a little/Medium skin colour but even though the tan was Ligh/Medium it was a little darker than I expected for my skin and face too.But other I love St T products and will purchase again maybe a different colour for now winter time but summer definitely is right choice

St Tropez is a top quality brand and this product is a great addition to their range. If you don't want to go full on fake tan but would like a bit of temporary colour then this is a good option. It goes on very easily, just like moisturiser. Feels nice on your skin, not heavy at all. Colour develops evenly and lasts the full 24 hours. None of it rubbed off, it just fades away. This is a great product for a winter lift. Recommended.

I bought this as I hate the smell of self tan and I wanted something I didn’t have to wait for. It’s a lovely golden colour, although there is a darker version available. You can build layers for more depth of colour and it also makes an excellent base under foundation to give you a healthy glow. It’s easy to apply and I found it didn’t transfer to my white top which was surprising. Overall a great product and I would buy again.

I absoloutley love this instant tan! Been looking for some time and debating on which one to get, and I'm so happy I choose this one! It gives such a natural tan, like you've been on holiday... Something I've never achieved before! This does NOT make you orange, which I'm very pleased with. If you're looking for a nice natural tan with easy application then look no further, I couldn't recommend this highly enough!

If you have fair skin and want light tan but don't have the time to get a spray tan this St.Tropez Instant Tan Face & Body Lotion is just the ticket.You get a simple, instant fake tan without streaks and the tan can last up to 24 hours which is plenty of time.Afterwards the tan is easily washed off.Simple, effective, streak free and at the time of writing on special offer makes this a winner.
