out of the box, this smart speaker looks and feel quality. it was easy to set up and both alexa and sonos apps are easy to use and and follow. what i like about this little marvel, is that you can adjust the speakers bass and treble, which i cannot do on both my echos. the sound quality is excellent for the price, and i now have it adjusted to a level where i can hear every sung word. if you want it, you really can have a lot of boom for your buck and the treble gives clear symbol sounds (obviously the more modern the tunes you are listing to, the better this is). alexa can hear me just as good as she does on the echos. she is learning all of the time, so this is only going to get better with time.

The sound quality of the Sonos range are second to none! I can not fault the sound where the quality proceeds to be outstanding no matter how loud you want to go. I have linked mine with my Sonos base play and other Sonos One without Alexia. The aesthetics of this speaker is more preferential to the next step down however for the sake of saving yourself Fifty pounds, I would recommend to do so. You pay the extra for Alexa in my eyes. In all honesty, Alexia with Sonos is not developed to the same level as if you were to buy Alexia separately which is the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5. However Sonos have many updates therefore this may develop quicker than I think. All in all I’d recommend Sonos to anybody.

Firstly a big shout out to Very who were amazing when Royal Mail didn't deliver! Having been given a rescheduled delivery date a week later I explained to Very this was a birthday present for my son. I was amazed that they sorted it and I received delivery the next day (my son's birthday). I am so grateful to Very.Now on to the speaker, I bought my son this for his bedroom, a standard size bedroom but boy did this speaker deliver. I watched the set up which was ridiculously simple and listened to my favorite song as a test. Quite simply the room was filled with beautiful, clear sound, not too much base but an incredible balance of pure sound. I was so impressed that I have bought one for my bedroom.

I bought this speaker as a quality purchase for my living room. I had always wanted a Sonos product for the house but could never justify the price they carry. I went for it and must be honest; I was not disappointed. The product build is sturdy; the sound from the speakers is comparable to any top-end Bluetooth speaker with strong bass. The functionality available for optimizing the speaker for the environment it is in helps the overall audio experience. This one has Alexa built-in, which adds that hands-free option. My only criticism is that the mic can pick up the TV and some times activate Alexa when you least expect it. It has caused a couple of scares,

This is now the second one I own. I bought these with low expectations as it's the cheaper one yet I've been so impressed with them.The build quality is amazing and it sounds incredible. It's mains & wifi only.The Alexa feature is awesome and supports Spotify for music.I've read many reviews and people have said sonos is mainly for classic and very vocal music but this is incorrect. Sonos keeps up very well with electric music with the heaviest of bass.You can pair two of these to run as a wireless stereo pair that sounds awesome. If you have neighbours these are perfect but if you like your music really loud your going to need the next one up.

I got two of these about a week ago to complement my Sonos Play 5(2nd gen). I have not be disappointed. Pure crisp sound and I can play my music using airplay Etc wherever I am in the house. I haven’t connected the sound bar yet but looking forward to that. This speaker would work well on its own. I do not want the Siri active and you can turn that off if you want. My only niggle is the knowledge that Sonos are stopping support for the early versions of their products so the play 5(1st gen) will become obsolete etc. Eventually this may happen but they are reasonably new versions and my Play5(2nd gen) was purchased 5 years ago so there will be plenty of shelf use for them. Nice bit of kit!

The sound quality for this speaker is amazing, compared to alternative similar sized speakers on the market, especially when playing music. However the Alexia integration is not perfect, this could either be the microphone set up or the software from Alexia itself. It sometimes responds when you have not called "Alexia" and sometimes doesn't always understand your question or sentence clearly. Overall a good buy for playing music with online features however theres always room for improvement and Alexia needs it. Thats all folks

Just had this for a few days and I am really impressed. I have always been a fan of another well known manufacture of quality sound and this is up there with them. Really good audio and it fills the room with incredible sound. If you have an Amazon account then you can ask Alexa to play any track from their library or from your downloaded music. This will also work with downloaded iTunes tracks as long as your account is live. Very smart and compact piece of equipment and might even add an extra one in the near future.

Just received today, set up was really easy and all I can say is wow I’m really impressed with the sound from just this one speaker.I have Bose surround sound at moment but then I always wanted to try a Sonos Product so purchased this as a test really and now that I have I’m replacing all my Bose to Sonos so now need to order the Beam, Sub and another One and I have then got my replacement system.as people said expensive but I love a good quality sound so Sonos it has to beReally pleased with my purchase

This speaker looks great we have several other sonos speakers around the house and the slight changes in the style of this one looks great. It does however not link with our other sonos speakers for surround sound and just currently is not as good as the echo dot, If buying for Alexa as we were. I am sure with time and updates this will improve. I also read it supported Deezer and currently it does not! Do your homework. It has great sound quality as always but the Alexa side still needs some work..

Purchased on a whim because I wanted a speaker in the bedroom. Instantly impressed with the quality of sound and design of the product itself down to the packaging. Connected and set up in a mater of minutes and very easy to do. Easily integrates with the Alexa app so we’ve already been enjoying lots of additional features on top of what we were expecting. Really simple to set up an alarm that wakes you with your favourite playlist via the Sonos app itself. Will purchase more for other rooms.

I bought this for my hubbys christmas.(oct) i got it set up and had a play. Easy to set up, even for me. I sometimes struggle with technical stuff. Anyway. Good quality, the sound from it brilliant. I dont know about my husband. But i cant wait to get use of it once he opens his present. It comes with clear set up and user instructions. It's wellpacked. And the packing looks loke something special is inside.. well that's because there is.

We bought two which was quite extravagant but we live in an old cottage and sound doesn’t travel easily due to thick walls. We have one downstairs in our family room and one in our bedroom. We may get another at some point and like the sound of the speaker for outdoors too. Really easy to set up, fab sound and look neat. We umm’d and arr’d whether to go for an alternative brand but decided to go for Sonos and really happy.

I love this little gem. Sound quality is awesome considering the size of this speaker. I tried the B&O and other more expensive alternatives, honestly there isn't much difference. Reason why I didn't give a 5 star is it doesn't not have switch button, although the Sonos speakers are designed to be left on and use very little power when they are not in use. Connectivity was straight forward. Very please with this purchase.

Bought for my husband who is an IT technician. He was really happy to own as we already have one in the living room, so decided for our anniversary to expand our collection. We found it hard to set up as it wasn’t taking any of the commands or following instruction. We had to factory reset it after an hour of trying and worked perfectly ever since!We now have one for inside, and one for garden parties or upstairs!
