I take a half capful and saturate it with Seachem’s chlorella (sp?) flakes stop make a mush. I then use tongs to put little blobs in the tank, blob by blob. The fish are not fussy eaters, so I can’t speak to flavour, but they do seem more lively and happy in general. I was hoping this was a ‘drop a capful into the tank once a week’ kind of thing, but I guess adding it to the food makes better use of the product.

What can I say, Seachem's products are the best. From their medicine to their maintenance products, they have never failed me or disappointed me.

I get that there are trace elements that help nourish animals but I looked at the ingredients label and it's pretty much all water.
