I am a competitive shooter with the USPSA we run and gun so to speak... these shoes fit great and the traction is superior. I only wish they had a little more firmness to them. Before this i was using Solomon Speedcross but I have a wide foot and the Solomon just did not fit they were way too narrow and cost well over $100 These Saucony Koa ST fit much better and are way more comfortable my only complaint is that they do not make them in black.

Well designed and does what I purchased and expected them to do. Great in soft snow and fair in deeper mud (the tread doesn't clear quickly in the latter, but a normal trail show is virtually treadless, so that's not as harsh as it may sound), but on typical WI trail conditions I still prefer Hokas Speedgoats 2-3's for 5 to 30 milers.

While these are advertised as mud trail shoes, I've successfully used them for running in the winter time. The waterproof is a godsend.

This shoe fits 1/2 size smaller than regular running shoe
