I bought these a replacement for an old pair of digital scales which were becoming increasingly unreliable, and so far I am very pleased with them. The scales feel very solid, they switch on quickly and are ready to use more or less straight away. If weighing multiple items into one bowl they re-zero quickly. I like the dual platform - the large platform will weigh up to 10kg, which is double what most digital scales will accept, and the small platform up to 200g in 0.1g increments, which seems a bit nerdy but might be useful if, for you, cooking is chemistry rather than art. I haven't had them long enough to comment on battery life but they are reasonably easy to keep clean and the everything about the product has the appearance of being built to last.

Bought to replace my broken set, these sales are incomparable for performance and accuracy. I am not confident cook, so I weigh everything, and these have been used almost daily for 5 years. My only gripe is that the box is not as fancy as the last one( lovely magnetic closure, padded inside) so I cleaned it up and, luckily , new scales fit so i am very happy. My daughter in law fixed my old ones, (clever clogs!) so we both have some now. Result!!

I bought this to replace the scales I had and had stupidly put in the sink. I thought about replacing them with the same as I'd always been happy with them - but I'm glad I went for the Heston Precision scales as they are much better. They are easy to use and the display is very clear. It's helpful having the two different scales. They will clearly be very accurate with larger and smaller quantities. An excellent product.

I bought this because (a) my other scales had just broken and no longer weighed anything and (b) because when I am cooking I often have need to weigh two things at the same time. These scales, although not cheap, scream "quality" and I was not disappointed. Very easy to use, they are very sensitive and so can weigh the smallest amounts. All in all an excellent addition to my kitchen

Easy to order and arrived quickly. Very good value for money . Nice button action . Clear digits and bright display. Appears of solid feel and robust construction. Should last some time. Only improvement would be to add/have a mains power adapter option. Cheaper ones feel it and the buttons get tempermental so you you have to buy twice or more.You get what you pay for!

being a consultant chef , i have spent a lot of times weighing things up in the kitchen and have used a good no of professional scales.. but when i chanced upon this scale in one of my friends house , i was really impressed with its performance...love the two part platforms. easy to use , clean and store !! what more can you ask for !!

Very pleased with this. Does everything promised. The two scales are brilliant. One design fault prevents me giving 5 stars. For right handed people (which I am) when you have something in your right hand and pouring into a bowl on the scales to get the right weight you obscure the digital display. Left handers win for once!

Got these as my birthday present. Super happy they are perfect, weight functionality and performance. We have had different salter scales - previously the black disc model but the rubber feet came away and spent ages having to reset them. If you are looking for a really good set of scales these are it.

I bought these scales because they allow you to measure small amounts on the small scale and larger amounts on the larger scale both in the same unit. The scales are very accurate and simple to use. As with all of the Heston range they look nice and are in a nice brushed chrome. Would highly recommend!

Bought these as a present to myself. My old scales weren’t always accurate for measuring yeast when I make bread. These scales are solid and are a very good quality. Definitely worth the money if you are a regular baker. Very simple to use.

Excellent set of scales, they weight in ml, kg, etc and the two platforms mean you get accurate readings even for the smallest measurements. I weight and measure all ingredients and meals so use them daily, highly reccommeded

Very easy to use and it's small and neat in my kitchen, a lot smaller than I thought it would be. It's well worth the money and not many other scales will go up to 10kg! Very pleased with our purchase, cheers.

Really pleased with these scales , can easily weigh large amounts on one side and small amounts on the other side . Both very accurate and easy to change by just pressing a button . Love theses scales !.

Excellent scales that are easy to use. This is our second set as unfortunately we spilt water over the original one. Don't forget to keep your receipt as the warranty is for 15 years guarantee

Have used this scale for a few weeks now and it is great. Easy to read display. Large and small units. Easy to zero and add more ingredients. Easy to clean. Would recommend for any baker/chef.
