As maths isn't my strong point, I got fed up (frustrated) of recipes with different types of measurements in it e.g grams, ounces and pounds. This does the work for me so easy to use. I had been searching for a long time for something like this as google wasn't helping me at all with it's conversions tables.A good product that I have recommended to friends and family. It has made my life so much easier especially when dealing with cake measurements. You wont regret purchasing this.

These scales were bought to replace Salter scales I bought 20 years ago and which only failed because I dropped them! These scales are an excellent updated version. I like the round deep bowl, the liquid measuring feature which is brilliant and the fact that it takes AAA batteries as opposed to button batteries in my old model. It is very reasonably priced so I could overlook the fact that the batteries which came with it were dead. A moment's panic! I recommend these scales.

Decided to try my hand at baking during lockdown, first item in my old scales n I had an error message come up, tried every battery I had with no joyChecked all the websites for speediest delivery n Argos was the best n I’d go a new set by midday the next dayBest scales I’ve ever had, so easy to use n keep clean. Not a great digital lover but these have converted me 100%.Can not recommend highly enough

Initially we bought a mechanical scale, which had both imperial and metric measurements close together, one above the other and with quite fine divisions. These we found confusing, so we exchanged them for this electronic type, This scale can be switched, by the press of a button, to measure, very accurately, in which system you require, without any confusion.

I have bought a few different scales, but this is the best I have used, simple and easy to read, you can use the supplied bowl or any bowls you have in your cupboards, I have some kids plastic bowls which are ideal when measuring several ingredients, just measure then use another bowl, you can switch between grams and oz and measure liquid, highly recommended

Only recently purchased this scale but so far it's working well. much prefer the press buttons to the touch buttons on our previous model. the scale reacts quite quickly and is quite sensitive when weighing small quantities. I like the double pour bowl but not sure how robust it will be. Only giving it 4 stars as we haven't had it very long.

This is a very versatile weighing scale, excellent for weighing fluids as well as dried ingredients, clear display and easy to use, the bowl is a good size to, but you don't need to use this if you want to weigh straight into your cooking bowl/dish, very happy and not too expensive

I bought this for my wife, she has not actually used it yet for baking. I have given it a few test runs like weighing sugar and stuff like that, works a treat. She will have no problems weighing her cake mix with this. The old one gone in the recycling bin. Excellent product.

Only used it a couple of times but it's so easy to use and looks amazing. I especially love the two different sides to the bowl one spout for liquid and one for dry ingredients I thought that was a brilliant idea. I'm definitely going to enjoy using it more for baking.

I have had this make and design previously and after many years of service the bowl broke and eventually the scales did not work. When looking for new scales I was delighted to find these and I have not been disappointed. Would recommend

I am so pleased with my kitchen scales. As we are in lockdown I was upset when my old ones wouldn’t work as I wanted to do some baking. I ordered them from Argos and they arrived next day free of charge. Excellent service. Thank you

My last Salter scales were 47 years old and if I had not dropped them (the plastic being fragile now!!) I would still be happy with them. These scales were the nearest to those I dropped and are exactly what I was hoping.

Extremely pleased with this item. Looks good and is a perfect size. Have used it to weigh flour and various ingredients when baking cakes etc. Measurements easy to read and accurate. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this to replace a set of scales which were dropped and broken. Glad I picked this one as it is easy to operate with clear dials. The bowl is useful for both liquids & solids.

Theses scales are very simple to use. I especially like the fact that you can weigh dry and wet ingredients together all in the same bowl. Compact yet sturdy. Very pleased with product.
