From the ceramic bottle to the seasonal varieties (regular, spring, summer, autumn, winter and...navy strength) Rock Rose is a firm favourite and my all time "go to" gin for keeping around the house for when the weekend has arrived or guests, it's my number one. Like a wine I once bought based on its label, Rock Rose first struck me because of its bottle. I love art nouveau and this bottle design reminded me of my collection of Alphonse Mucha art work. The fluid lines and curled design remind me of romantic art of the period. So, here it was a beautiful bottle of gin with the art that I so much love. Bought with the thought that it would make a really nice candle or wild flower vase I did of course wonder what it tastes like....I did title this my favourite so...how did it tase?

I was delighted to discover this in 2016 when poured a glass by a friend. It was initially a bit tricky to source locally (in Glasgow)- I am glad to see it now in various supermarkets as well as Amazon.I have tried various different gins, Scottish and otherwise- Rock Rose has always been my favourite. There is a floral, botanical flavour to the gin- a lovely complexity of flavours in each sip. I go with rosemary garnish as recommended, it goes well. The gin distillery tour in Dunnet Bay is also excellent, gives me a lovely place to remember the gin by that makes it even more enjoyable to have. I also love the story of the company, starting small and being such a success.The best gin I have tried.

I live only a few miles away from where this gin is made and have been sampling it since it came out a couple of years ago. I will admit that I am no big Gin drinker, but I can certainly enjoy a G&T with Rock Rose. Yeah it does have a more floral taste than others, but I think I have always found other gins a bit like paint stripper (not that I have tried that!). Admittedly I first gave this a go as it is local produce however almost everyone that I've given it to has liked it, it's up to your personal taste though. They have now made a vodka "Holy Grass" which is awesome, much more my style!!

OMG!!!!I can not stop drinking this!!Sooooooooo scrummy!!!This is seriously nice...with a sweet hint of rhubarb & a wee gentle kick of ginger, then comes the slow treat of gin...so so so tasty!Always drink from a good quality glass, (it really does make a difference), and for me, loads of ice & a splash of lemonade.A refreshing drink that you simply can't stop drinking...mine just disappeared quicker than I thought possible!! Best to stock up on this because 1 bottle really isn't enough...especially if shared!

What a surprise to discover I can get my favorite gin delivered by Amazon!Rock Rose is by far my favourite drink, whenever i have to chose something else in a bar that doesn't carry it I'm disappointed, although at least it saves me money, i don't drink responsibly when Rock Rose is in my glass :'DAnd of course further to tasting delicious I love buying from a Highlands distillery so i can still feel like I'm supporting 'local' business while having the convenience of Prime delivery.

I absolutely cannot fault this gin. Was given a bottle without ever having heard of it before as a wedding gift and the bottle was finished within a matter of days! After letting my Dad, who is a big fan of gin, have a try, he was blown away so he requested a bottle for his Christmas! I fell pregnant shortly after getting married so haven't had the chance to have any more since, but baby is due soon and I know exactly what drink I will be reaching for to celebrate! Hugely recommended.

We bought this gin for a friend as a birthday present and, after trying it, have had a bottle in the cupboard since.The ceramic bottle is lovely with a cork stopper.Give the stopper a sniff and you get quite delicate floral sweetness.With tonic it's a lovely balance of flavours. The floral taste is there along with a good hit of juniper and fresh berries.This will definitely have a place in our drinks cupboard for the foreseeable future as one of our favourite gins.

We tried this gin when we were in Scotland and it was so good that we googled it straight away and were really happy to find it available on Amazon. Gin drinking seems to have become a bit of a fad recently and there are hundreds of new products on the market. We are no experts but this one really stood out from the crowd for us. It would make a great gift for a gin lover. The bottle is really lovely too.

My wife and I received Rock Rose gin as a gift for Christmas (our family know us SO well!) and bought another bottle from Amazon. We both think it is the best gin we have ever tasted. It has so much flavour that even in small measures it doesn't get hidden by the tonic. The bottle itself is very nice too.Too pricey to use as a frequent tipple but well wort keeping a bottle for special occasions.

Actually bought this as a present, as a result of having a bottle given to me as a present. This is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best gin I have ever tasted (and I've tasted a few!). Long may this young distillery continue to produce this gorgeous drink! If the whisky they eventually release is as good, then all malt drinkers are in for the treat of their lives!

A wonderful Gin! I'd heard about this brand in a newspaper article about artisan gin brands and this was highly-recommended. And how right they were - whilst it isn't shy on the 'nose' - a good hit of citrus and botanicals, the taste isn't harsh - and can be gently sipped or adds nicely to tonic water, or fruit juice etc. I shall be sorry to see the bottle end!

My favourite gin having bought the first bottle in Scotland at their own distillery. I used orange peel and the aromatic fever tree tonic as recommended there and in a glass I bought from them which is lovely and different to other gin glasses. I think I have now bought about 5 bottles and definitely will be buying more.

This gin is the latest in my quest for the perfect gin,it’s definitely on the buy again list.....very smooth,slightly sweet gin,excellent over ice on its own or with a small amount of decent tonic.The Scots seem to have nailed gin making! Haven’t had a bad one yet,buy this gin,you won’t be disappointed .....

Im not a gin drinker but a knowledgable barman in Inverness convinced me to try Rock Rose one night, i am now a convert to Rock Rose, beautifully smooth, light and mildy floral. I immediately ordered a few bottles and regularly enjoy a glass in the evenings, best with good quality tonic, highly recommended.
