It is not particularly helpful, IMO, that all the lip colours are currently lumped together under one stock code, as some shades are more vibrant & slightly longer lasting than others, in my experience.Rimmel London, Lasting Finish Lipstick: Shades 084 & 500ooOooGenerally comfortable with the price, I have used RIMMEL lipsticks for years, usually favouring the same colours & despairing if one gets discontinued!I like the chunky shape of this range, knowing them to be durable and that the stick is unlikely to break or splinter in use like some slimmer ones I have had in the past, from other brands.I also like the smooth, creamy consistency that doesn’t dry the lips out & I don’t mind the ‘flavour’.I find that the colour easily transfers to e.g.

I am now fifty five and I have been a fan of Rimmel products since being a teenager and I especially love the Rimmel lipsticks. When I was given the chance to review this Rimmel lipstick I jumped at the chance not having tried this lip colour before.Rimmel's Lasting Finish Intense Wear Lipsticks are supplied in a Rimmel classic lipstick barrel (black on the outer and silver on the inner barrel). This range of lipsticks come in various fashionable shades and the one I received is called 'Pink Blush'.The first thing I noticed when applying this lipstick was that it went on extremely smoothly and afterwards my lips felt wonderfully moisturised.The colour is a lovely soft pink,

Colour is gorgeous and suit for daily wear, its mixture of nude and slight peach tone, lighter than the picture when you actually put on, if you want a M*C or similar nude colour of lipstick but at much lower price you can get this gorgeous lipstick instead. so i sometimes use this as base rather than by itself since the colour of lipstick itself can be too light for me and doesn't suit me going light colour of lipstick only. anyways use this as base then apply another layer of stronger colour on the top of t hat like 2 tone 3D effect lips which i love and prefer at the moment but only the problem is this is matt lipstick and not very moisturising, it'll dry your lips pretty soon,

Looking at this lippy, it's a deep, burgundy/purple/red and I expected the same against my Asian complexion, which suits darker, deeper colours. But when applied to my hand as a test, and then onto my lips, it comes out perhaps a shade or two lighter.It's a slightly shiny, slide-y colour that glides on easily, but it doesn't give even coverage on the first application; a quick second coat fixes that. It does have a little tendency for the colour to 'bunch' a little, but a quick pass of a finger and it's good. The colour ISN'T stayfast, unfortunately, as just a cup of tea had most of it left around the rim - I think if I were opening my mouth wide to eat whilst wearing this,

I was asked if I’d like to review Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick, 4 g, Unclothed and I said yes, as I’d just finished my usual lipstick.The lipstick itself is in a black plastic case with the Rimmel logo on top of the lid.The Unclothed shade is a Nude shade, which is the only other colour I’ll use besides a very pale pink, (with having natural blonde hair fair skin and blue eyes I’ve never been able to wear dark colours on my lips), suits my skin tone.It’s easy to put on and easy to clean off. It’s got a very smooth and creamy texture, (it’s not greasy or sticky).This lipstick uses Colour Protect Technology, this makes you’re lipstick last longer, (the company says up to 8 hours).To test out what the company had said,

I'm a big fan of red lipstick - it's the colour I wear most. But there's red, and there's red ... so many different shades, some of which are more flattering than others.This is a bluey/pink/cherry shade when worn, which is a bit of a surprise as when in the case, it looks a very dark plum/blackish red. It's a great shade for me and my winter skin, which is fair with green eyes are dark auburn hair. The lipstick itself is smooth and creamy and easy to apply. It's pretty matt, which is very flattering, and it lasts well, without needing to be lined. I find it survives multiple mugs of tea, and lunch, before needing a freshen up about 2pm.Rimmel also seem to have upped their game with the packaging - this was much better quality than I expected at this price point,

I'm reviewing the Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick, 4 g, Get Dirty. Here are my thoughts:^^ I thought I'd give this 'Get Dirty' coloured lipstick a try, and get The London Look, but this this colour is far too dark for my skin's complexion. Too intense and shocking. However, I'm sure not everyone will dislike it. On me it's so dark brown it's almost black. Especially if I apply it thickly.^^ As to not waste it, I've taken to use it around the house and applying it very lightly it's just about manageable to wear - a pale brown colour. I think this would look much better on someone with darker skin tones. It's such a lovely colour, just not on me.^^ Why still wear it?

WOW LIPS=========Lipstick is one of the best accessories that you can wear. Most are fine, some are good, whilst some are excellent. The excellent ones are easy to apply, maintain their colour, and don't bleed.This is one of the better ones. It adds lip colour to your lips and, I think, can pull together your entire look.COLOUR=======Nude lipsticks are fine but for me it's a red lipstick that works on all skin tones. Review for BERRY MISCHIEF (Lasting Finish) Rimmel lipstick ?This colour is a darkish red which is quite intense. It would not suit people with thin lips therefore as darker shades makes your lips look thinner!The colour is nice & although at first it’s too dark & darkens my skin tone (my skin is light olive), after it wears off a bit, it looks much nicer.I find if I apply a little & spread it so it is applied lightly, it’s quite nice (especially when I get a little tan). (The colour is shown applied on tissue).The quality is as described, it is quite long lasting although obviously if you eat etc it’ll come off somewhat & will need a little touch up.It is excellent value for money.***Tip: for lipstick ?,

I've always rated Rimmel's lipsticks, tending to opt for them over other brands. The formula of this Lasting Finish lipstick is lovely- it doesn't dry your lips at all and stays on for hours.I found that when wearing this colour (Berry Mischief) it did appear to fade somewhat quicker than some other shades when I was eating/drinking, but I think this may be because it is a dark and very noticeable colour in the first place. It lasted about 2 hours when I went out to dinner, but generally lasts at least 4-5 when just worn day to day.Berry Mischief is a deep red, with purple tones and is a really stand out colour,

After being given an old makeup box from my teens when my parents were having a clear out, I found a Rimmel Heather Shimmer lipstick I used when I was 13. It was almost completely gone because I loved wearing it and I was overjoyed to find out Rimmel still made this colour- beats trying to slap on the last of a 24 year old lippy and burning my lips off in the process!While Heather Shimmer in 2021 is a great colour, there is a subtle difference to Heather Shimmer circa '96 (yes, I risked my lips burning off to compare the two). It's s slightly warmer and more red in tone and not quite as shimmery as the Heather of old. I took a pic of the comparison which you see here and you may not think is noticeable - as I said its subtle - but it's still a lovely colour.

This is a creamy lipstick that feels nice on the lips and goes on eaisly.I found it very easy to get a lovely sharp outline on my lips even without a pencil. The texture is creamy and doesnt dry my lips out.The lipstick lasts about as long as any other lippy that isnt a long lasting bomb proof one. Which means you will leave lip prints on mugs/glasses/partners... Especially as this is a dark red colour!This lipstick has a nice smell, i cant quite place it but its nice. I love the colour (red) its just perfect. I think it would suit loads of people. I have very pale skin. This isnt a marilyn red, its darker than that,

I was a bit worried the Rimmel Lasting Finish Lipstick in Unclothed would be a bit too orangey for my skintone but I was actually pleasantly surprised by it. I feel like it’s more of an autumnal shade with it being more browny toned but not so dark to make it unwearable. It is very pigmented when applied directly onto the lips and while it does feel creamy I think it’s a little bit drying with more of a matte finish to it which can be unforgiving on chapped lips. I couldn’t get away without using a lip liner with this one – it doesn’t bleed but I do think it needs to be defined. The lasting colour did surprise me but it didn’t last as long as 8 hours for me – I’d say by about 4 hours I needed

I'm not going to say the exact word for this range of shades, but it's certainly the best way to describe it. Except my review won't go through if I say it. You know what I mean though: neutral. I absolutely love this shade - it has lovely sleek black packaging, and inside is the most perfect shade of pinky beige I have ever seen: it's like my natural lip colour but one better. It glides on like a dream, feels creamy and lasts for a good few hours! To say I'm obsessed by this shade is an understatement - I think I love it even more than a bold orangey red! (What have I become? I'm nearly thirty!) This is a great starter shade for anyone dipping their toes in the world of lipstick.
