Initially when buying, the overall quality of the packaging and presentation of the product is outstanding. The controller is better than anything I have previously used, the responsiveness of the buttons and triggers are extremely satisfying when playing games.The four programmable buttons are very comfortable on your hands and you can remap the buttons through the Razer app on your phone. The Hair trigger option on the controller are very beneficial when playing any FPS game. Highly recommend.

This is the second raiju controller I've brought. This one is slightly shaped different and also can be used wireless. This controller is very smooth to play with. And setting up controller with the phone app is very easy. It's perfect shape size and weight.. my only complaint is the back buttons on the back ( remap buttons) are a bit big. So it takes a bit of getting used to to stop you pressing them by mistake...the original raiju had triggers that I found a better design....defo worth buying.

As a competitive gamer, this controller is great and is perfect for what I needed it for. I recommend playing games with the cable plugged in as it reduces delay lag greatly. The extra buttons are extremely easy to remap and the extra buttons on the back are in a position where you can’t really hit them by accident. If they are however, you can easily re map them to a button that would not be in use. Extra D Pad, Sticks and carry case are a nice bonus to!

It's a big investment and if you play a lot of games you'll understand why this is worth the price. It works beautifully, feels great in the hands and has an additional 4 buttons (2 paddles) that can be defined using a B/T app.You can set a trigger lock to make the R2 and L2 buttons activate sooner. You can swap out the Dpad for a more xbox like solution. There are alternative heads to put on the twin sticks... It has chroma for the added bling factor!

The Controller feels great in your hand, it has a nice weight to it, everything works perfectly (no drift issues) buttons have a really cool and nice soft click to them. The extra buttons next to L2 and R2 (M1 and M2) are really easy to use and in a very comfortable position, the M3 and M4 on the back are easy to press and don't get in the way. Im very happy with this purchase and would consider it to anyone who is looking for a new controller.

I bought this controller for my partners bday as he is a gamer. The controller looks and feels great but it was a bit off disappointing as you can only chat when you have it plugged into the PlayStation and for the price you would have thought been completely wireless.

Very good controller for my chap's PS4. He was over the moon and couldn't believe I'd got it for him. Look and feels great and huge improvement on any other he's ever used, and he is a pro :)

Fantastic controller. Feels premium and well made, more robust than a dualshock 4. Easy to set up with easy to function rgb lights. Would highly recommend this if you play a lot of video games

Quality controller with mechanical buttons which really is perfect for FPS games.Very expensive but better than any other controller on the market.

Seems to be a very nice controller; I gave it to my son for Christmas loves it! I (not being a gamer) had trouble getting over sticker shock!

The product is very nice and the RGB Lights very beautiful but in my case the controller was faulty but , a very good controller made.

It’s the latest model with firmware v1.05 already installed. Works great, wired or via Bluetooth. Very easy to set up.
