If you're thinking of getting an Xbox One controller, make sure you get this one. One thing a lot of other reviewers failed to mention is that this controller has the ability to update wirelessly from your console, there is no need now to fetch a cable and update it. The LB and RB shoulder buttons are much more improved over the original and feel more responsive. I've used a 360 for years and thought it was great - still do.However i just got a wireless x box one controller, works fine with the dongle.Loaded Doom.The One is way way better than the 360, noticed it with first move and aim.To me it was immediately noticeable.The thumb sticks are way better.Using the heavy Assault Rifle in Scope mode makes this obvious.Much less pressure is needed to move the cursor/aim reticule, so much easier to be accurate,moving and aiming doesn't suddenly jump ? because the dead zones are so good.The sticks are a touch higher helping to make stick moving much lighter.The accuracy is i would say superior to a mouse and easier than a mouse.Triggers are better as well

Don't even think about playing GTA V without one of these. It makes driving and flying helicopters an enjoyable experience. The keyboard controls (binary - either on or off) makes controlling cars, motor bikes and helicopters too frustrating.Great device - I have never been an XBOX or Playstation person - but this controller is a must have for PC games that have vehicles and it didn''t take me too long to get used to it. I still use the mouse for accurate shooting.I am using it with Win 7 64 bit. It arrived well packaged. The windows driver was not automatically available when plugging it in which led to some frustration, especially as all the forums said that it was automatic.

I like this as a replacement for the Xbox 360 controller on a PC. Please note that you don't need to buy this version specifically. The normal Xbox One controller will work too with any standard micro USB to USB cable, but I bought this one as it was the same price at the time & it comes with a really long, very sturdy micro USB to USB cable.Once you download & install the drivers from this pagehttp://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/accessories/controller-pc-compatibilitythe controller will just work once plugged in via a micro USB to USB cable, even with no batteries inserted! You will need batteries of course if you want to use it wirelessly on an actual Xbox One or later this year on PC

Been waiting to get the Xbox One controller for PC since I first held one, as somebody who doesn't own the Xbox One, I really wanted to upgrade from the 360 remote to the One remote. I didn't purchase it from Amazon because I felt that the price was too high. The controller feels comfortable and much more improved over its predecessor. However, sometimes it can get a little warm to hold, this isn't the controller, it's just the slightly different material gets warmer to the touch quicker than it does for the 360 remote.If you already have a 360 controller, this isn't necessary to get, but I just preferred this controller massively over the 360 controller that I really wanted to get it.

This beautiful piece of art is just marvellous. I bought this because i want to have more practise on using xbox one controller as my bestfriend has an xbox one game console. It came in a beautiful package. The smell of this item after you have openned the box makes you feel like you own the world. It is well designed and made. It came with a handy manual.I was not able to use it at first and felt like it was a rip off, not until i have installed all the updates for windows and graphic card drivers on my computer. It works fine. All of the buttons and joysticks are working well. As i stated earlier, it is made for gamers and so the design is meant for minimising ergonomic hazards when playing games.

I've been wanting to change my white 360 controller for windows to a black on anyway, so when I saw this I figured I might as well upgrade as well.Been using it for a week now, I cna definitely say that I wish I'd bought it sooner. The difference realyl is noticeable, and in a very good way. It feels better in the hands, the buttons feel better, the triggers feel better (and also a bit cooler) the d-pad is hugely improved, the vibrations are more internal and actualyl feel better as a result, and above all it looks better and now matches the rest of my black setup.It's a shame the trigger vibration on Xbox One isn't avialable for PC, but that's a very minor thing. Bought this controller thinking it would be either rubbish or fake... however once figuring how to use it I would strongly recommend it to anyone after a modded pad. I must say the configuring is a tricky because all games have different sps (shots per second) and would highly recommend opening up a forums on Facebook with the best settings, although it tricky the helpline number was great! I rang up a few times and the person on the phone paid full attention and helped me out as much as he could! Probably going to buying a new one soon. As fun as it is my call of duty anger dosent change. The amount of times I've hit the controller against my wall because of campers it is still in fully working condition (

I bought this because I hated the 360 controller. I still hate the 360 controller. They were flimsy, fragile and the button were made of some sort of rubbish material. Where as this controller, XBOX ONE, is really comfortable. Especially for driving games. Yes it is made of rubbish plastic and it will not absorb your sweat when things get hard but it is surprisingly comfortable. Maybe it's me but when I hold the XBOX ONE controller it feels light, it distracts you from its cheap material.Now to the buttons. I give this controller 5 stars because of the buttons (this included the analog sticks). They are gripy and super amazing to use. Soft, but not too soft to annoy you. They are hard,

I bought this along with a XBOX PC adaptor bundle so I could play multiplayer platform and racing games on my TV from my PC.The controller itself is fine, XBOX controller layout is very pleasing to hold - especially with my sized hands they don't feel to small or big.My only gripe is the plastic can get a bit gross and sweaty after a bit, the sort of gloss sort of matte finish is a bit bad for grease and sweat. But I much prefer it to the alternative which is a PS4 or aftermarket controller.They connect easily and tend not to drop out either. They take AA batteries or you can get a battery pack for them for about £10 for two and a dock. I really like them, they've easy to use and nice to hold.

Firstly, this is worth the extra over a 360 controller. I personally prefer this. It looks better, feels nicer and is a lot lighter – especially as I'm currently using it with no batteries in. The size and shape feels a lot nicer in my hands; they sit more naturally around it. The D-pad is much better than on 360 and has actual feedback when you press it. The sticks feel really sturdy and precise. All the tactile buttons are lovely, 'clicky' and this still has those beloved analogue triggers! Major factor for driving games and the like. It's a pretty perfect controller. I do wish it was symmetrical like the Wii U Pro controller or PS controllers. That's the biggest drawback for me but that's just the layout MS got stuck with.

Taking a bit of getting used to as I have been using a 360 controller for years.The overall feel is really nice, and it feels sturdy and well built.The D-Pad is a huge improvement over the 360 controller as it actually uses a proper 4 way D-pad rather than the weird circle thing the 360 controller had.The bumpers are the only issue for me, I am sure I will get used to them but you have to click them in a different way from the 360 controller.instead of moving the index finger and clicking it full on you have to roll your finger over it while keeping the finger on the trigger.It is well designed... just hard to change habits.Long cable supplied for use on PC,

Excellent controller!! Although I don't have a xbox one, I got this controller for the PC and honestly, its amazing. Its a much better upgrade over the xbox 360 controller and miles ahead of the PS4 controller. The buttons are tactile and well placed. It works perfectly wired or wireless. (Note: You will need a wireless adapter unless you have the bluetooth controller.)I'd recommend you pick up this controller and a rechargeable battery pack. Once fully charged, the controller lasts me about 30-35 hours, no kidding! I have the Duracell rechargeable batteries with chager.

Bought this to play games on PC, have had it for a few months now without any issues. You need to install drivers for it which you can find on the Xbox website (just google for Xbox one Pc drivers and the top result will be where you need to go, there will even be instructions).Very comfortable to use, fits perfectly in my hands, and has a decent weight to it. The triggers are way too squishy, it would be nice if they had some force to them like the PS4 Controller triggers are. But overall it's a nice a controller and ideal if you need a controller for your PC games.

The 3.5 mm port is a nice edition. This is a slightly updated version of the controller without the 3.5 mm port. Bumpers are fine tuned and now much softer and can be clicked anywhere. Those are the small updates compared to the older version. But i was surprised that the box was opened at the british costums ,it came along with a apology letter from the costums thinking of it as a suspicious package in the first place. Which defenetly was not. Although the box was opened, the product itself was intact and undamaged .It came brand new. Definetly recomended.
