cannot thank you enough for how quick you got this to me. I completely read the engraver wrong and didn't realise i needed this. ill be honest i was desperate for it as had an order to complete. well imagine my surprise when less than 24 hours later the postie knocks on the door. Good bit of kit, almost silent running. But it comes with a euro 2 pin plug not a uk plug. But dont bother sending it back because they'll only send one out with a 2 pin plug on it . I know because it happened to me. Better than a Dremel, I think.

Works as advertised but comes with a Euro-plug - ok for me as the foot switch I ordered with it requires a Euro-plug, but for those who don't have the footswitch it is an inconvenience. Overall quality is ok but looks a little cheapish.

I bought this item to replace one that I bought over 10 years ago that had finally packed up. The quality is just as good if not better as the one it's replacing so I expect it to give me many years good service.
