It's what the wife liked and so we bought the matching Banana tree. However it has a few sharp points underneath being a welded metal rod structure which could scratch worktops if it is turned on its base so beware. I just put a silicone mat under it....job done!!

Very handy for your bananas to ripen. Of course once at your preferred stage of ripeness pop them in the fridge
