This is a 2 in 1 product which makes delicious hot soups, plus smoothies, frozen desserts, hot and cold drinks and even jams. What is remarkable and different to any other blender I have owned is that there are 10 Auto-iQ programmes, which eliminates the need to keep checking on how the cooking or chilling of ingredients is performing. There are also manual settings should you prefer or wish to try, new recipes of your own. The premium heat-resistant glass jug has a splash-free lid and built-in measuring cup,so everything is to hand without the need for extra utensils.The blender can perform with 1.7L  for cold drinks and 1.4L hot for soups. This blender does it all - from smoothies to soups ! , it can also blend in well ingredients that will make a good curry paste , i used to buy ready made sauces and pastes - now i can prepare these at ease - with a press of the button , mixture is perfectly blended with no bits ! my daughter loved to drink smoothies , and having had blenders in the past that struggled with dealing with frozen fruit, but for Ninja no job is to big ! - it blended her smoothies to a pure perfection , I also love eating soups especially in autumn and winter but i am really bad at making them ( it supposed to be the easiest thing on the planet yet i still manage to mess it up haha) With the help of Ninja i can cook soup in the actual blender !under 30 min! - so far i made a tomato soup and i loved it ! no more buying ready made . plus there is a keep warm function when i want to eat my soup later on I love that the machine has a stylish black and brushed steel look - it makes it look modern and it would fit and look well on any kitchen counter . The most important thing is the built in quality - which feels solid and well made.Display is clear and controls (buttons) are easy to use even for someone like myself who is not great with technology - there are quote a few pre programed functions that will cut your time with working out the times , but its also worth mentioning that the manual control is just as easy to use - and if you like experimenting and trying new things Ninja brings a lot of fun in the kitchenI am a massive fan of machines that are capable of doing multiple things and not just blend , we have fairly small kitchen so i have to be mindful as to what appliances i can have at home - Thanks to Ninja blender i do not have to own a separate blender,smoothie maker and a soup maker -as Ninja does it all and more - sky is the limit ! I was sent out the new Ninja Blender and Soup Maker a couple of weeks ago to test. It has some amazing features on it and honestly makes soup making a doddle for even the most novice chef.I have been in need of a hot blender for a while and I love that you can make all of your regular favourites such as smoothies and ice drinks plus anything hot. I'm a regular bullet proof coffee drinker and it's made my life a lot easier. I've also made a few soups, lentil dahl, and even a chocolate fondue in this machine - it's absolutely brilliant! I have to say that making lentil dahl was probably easier on the hob, as the Ninja soup maker cooks on a much lower heat. This is, however,great for retaining nutrients but if you've got anything tough to cook it will take a lot longer than required. Soup making was super fast and always delicious. Probably my favourite thing about this blender is that it's so easy to clean. You simply give it a rinse, add some cold water and washing up liquid and then run the self cleaning function. You can't put the glass jug into the dishwasher due to the heating element but it's not really a big deal. There's also a great cleaning brush included to scrub the hard to reach areas if needed, although I haven't needed to do so yet!Another amazingly innovative product - well done Ninja! I will admit I am a novice when it comes to cooking soups, I have always just opened a tin but have really wanted to try my own, this soup make is brilliant and since I got it I have made from scratch a cream of mushroom soup using the smooth option, chunky potato and vegetable and sweet potatoe curry soup, my other half is very fussy and he wont eat soup with any sort of lumps so the pressure was on, my first attempt at cream of mushroom soup following a ninja recipe I found on their website, I found it easy and two empty bowls later felt proud I had finally made fresh soup. I have used the soup function, smooth, chunky, saute, chop and cook and the end result has been great and very healthy.It's easy to clean just rinse add 700ml water a dash of washing up liquid and press clean. I haven't tried the other features for dips and smoothies but I know I will. The device is very well built with clear instructions, because of the heater element the glass jug is very heavy, if you struggled with lifting heavy items then you may struggle to use this as designed which would be a great pity as it really does do everything it says it does and it does it very well. It comes with a inspiration guide which I have followed and was very easy, I would highly recommend this product.I have already added the ninja soup cook book onto my christmas wish list.

I was looking for a blender suitable for both cold and hot liquids and came across this gem. As well as having a manual blend option, it can also cook soups! Saves so much on washing up pans etc. There are pre-cook options for chopping and saute, manual options for blending and cooking and three pulse settings. As well as that, there are automatic programmes for smooth and chunky soups, jam, sauce, smoothies, frozen drinks, desserts and milkshakes.It is a noisy blender but has a lot of power, so is to be expected. The jug (which is made of glass and quite hefty) slots into place easily and the build is pretty solid. Doesn't take up much room on the kitchen counter. I like too that there is an inspiration guide,which as well as providing a few soup recipes, also gives a guide to making custom smooth and chunky soups.

Ninja Kitchen have done it again with this incredible Auto-IQ, 1000watt soup blender! It doubles up as a heated soup maker and a blender for smoothies, frozen drinks, frozen desserts etc. I love making soups especially at this time of year but it can be laborious and messy process with a lot of washing up to do. But this soup maker takes away all the hard work for you. It is able to chop the soup ingredients, saute them and then cook and blend the soup for you in no time at all. How could soup making get any easier than this?!It also is super easy to clean, with its own in-built clean option where heat and rapid pulses quickly remove any residue, saving on the load of washing up that soup usually leads to.I cannot recommend this new product more! Well firstly, this is our third product from Ninja and they are all superb. I will try and briefly decribe why we buy these time and time again. 1. Build Quality - excellent, robust, very well made and functional 2. Looks - High quality design that is modern and has a nice feel about it. 3. Functional. The simple design and instructions are very easy to follow and the results superb. My wife threw a soup together in no time at all, complete with fresh ingredients that tasted fantastic. I enjoyed the ease of cleaning, the self clean function is a dream. Keep building items like this, they are leading the market with technology and quality.Only critisism is the amount of packaging,it was OTT box inside box that would withstand a elephant stampede...... I've had this for about 3 week now and WOW. Ive made beautiful tasty homemade soup, but so much more. Currently we are in lockdown. And cooked food places are closed. Some produce is hard to find. So soup is the key to easy cooked meals that dont waste anything. And this blender does it all. Add veg, add stock, press smooth or chunky soup and within 30 mins or less you have really scrumptious soup. What about wasted fruit, simple pop it into this blender add juice of your choice and hit smoothie within 3 mins you have a wonderfull fruity healthy drink, fancy some ice cream, or a frozen drink or even cocktails, fruit infused spirit drinks. This blender does it all,and would sit nicely at the side of your other ninja products. Highly recommended.

As someone who always used (and broke as I am a bit careless) cheap blenders, I was dubious about this purchase. However, three days in and I believe it has paid for itself. I'm ill at the moment and normally making soup to make myself better is a trial and something I can't be bothered to do, but managed to make a vitamin packed soup with minium effort and without feeling sorry for myself- result. It also self cleans so I didn't have to expend energy on that either. I have tried the ice-cream making mode as well and managed to make a passable dessert. I will post a later review to see if this honeymoon period lasts, but at the moment it's just what the doctor ordered!

I've only owned this product for a short time but I honestly have never tried anything quite like it before.I made some soup with it the other day and it's definitely the creamiest and nicest soup I've ever made. The whole product is easy to set up, use and clean too. Each function has it's own timing and cooks/blends/sautés to perfection.There's no messing around scrubbing it for ours once you've finished with it; things come off extremely easily with a quick blast of warm water. I bought this as my husband had a throat operation and needed to be on soft food for a good while - my original thought was another appliance which is going to sit on work surface and hardly used ... well i was wrong I have made some great nutritious delicious soups so far and so quick put chopped veg in stock cube water press the button and 30 mins later done - I am not one to faff about in kitchen and this ninja will get used most def - one criticism is that if you lift out jug to pour some soup then the blender goes off the keeping heat mode - but otherwise can’t fault it and it also has an efficient self clean function !

So my mrs got this blender from her parents this Christmas now to be honest i was more interested in making my own ice cream and was quite dismissive of the soup function and im not a fan of loads of veg.however was i wrong this soup makes the best soup obviously dependent on ingredients but its smooth or chunky perfect temperature, easy enough to clean after i scrub with my brush then rinse then fill with boiling water a drop of washing up liquid and use the clean function just to be sureThis will not let you down NEXT UP make my own jam

I do love a gadget, but dismissed friends who advised getting a soup maker (not Ninja). I make lots of soups on the hob and couldn't see the point. However, this is NOT just a soup maker. I've already got two blenders, but as this is incorporated into one machine and is always out on the unit, I will use it more. What appealed to me most was I could chop and saute prior to adding the other soup ingredients. Haven't tried the other smoothie and other functions yet. Want to try the Ninja Foodi Max Multi-Cooker next.

I've had the blender only a couple of weeks now but have used it almost everyday since it arrived. I love that I can make smoothies quickly and soups too! Works for hot and cold! (imagine making baby food hassle free?!)It's a great product and I have no regrets with my purchase. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because I haven't yet tried all the settings, eg: chunky soup And I wish it was easier to pour from blender to cup/bowl but that's just me - overall it's made life easier and healthier!

This is an excellent product and is multi-purpose. I've used it for everything so far: making smoothies, making jam, making soup, I could go on. Really easy to clean as well with the special setting. I did lots of research before I bought this and I haven't been disappointed. Some may think it's a bit pricey but it's worth it. I read reviews that said it was large and noisy - it is, but aren't all blenders noisy?! I like the size, it is solid. The glass jug is quite heavy but again it is sturdy.
