I've had a sore knee for a while and I've just had these a week but it's really helped. My pace has picked up by nearly a minute a kilometre since buying these. The mesh uppers are comfortable and the size fit for me was large so I came down half a sizeBut the ride is superb - I used to run with Nike Frees and loved the natural feel but age has caught up and my knees need a little help - these give a lot ..I've done up to 8k on the longer run and the bounce back from the construction is impressive - I'll be up to 10/12k at the weekend ..yes, they do look quite bulky but i dont care , they feel excellent and I'm recovering some speed - what's not to like ?
