Recommend people order half size larger for extended wear.I bought for every day wear due to painful flat fleet.Instant relief! Internal elastic straps hugs foot in correct place, nice breathable & flexible material - so no more sweaty squashed toes. (Be warned not weatherproof - but washable in machine if u take insole out).Those with flat feet - the internal arch built in takes a little getting used to, almost aches a little but extended wear with get used to it.My normal footwear only lasts me 3 months tops before breaking apart, hopefully these will last longer, only time will tell if the investment was worth it!

Best trainers I've ever had. I use these almost every day for intense cardio in the gym. I know it's indoors but trust me these have been through it. Had them almost 2 years and they wash up like brand new. I'm flat footed and found it very hard to get comfortable trainers before but that's all stopped. The comfort is just heavenly. The performance is awesome. I love these trainers.

Brilliant running shoes for those with flat feet. Also, as an added bonus, they're beautiful trainers for when you're not running, so serves an extended use over an old pair of luminescent waveriders I had in the past.
