Due to the sock-like entry, the shoe appears rather tight at first, but it adapts very well to the foot during the run so that nothing presses. It also takes some getting used to the fact that there is no tab. It is not very suitable for speed runs or interval training because it is too damp and too stiff. But it is great for long distances at a slower pace (6 - 8 min / km). The cushioning fits well for light runners because you don't sink in and as an overpronator I have sufficient stability and support over the entire foot. The low detonation takes some getting used to, but after 3-4 runs this is no longer a problem.

I’m in my late 60s, just getting back into running and run mainly on pavement/grass around my home. I wanted a shoe that was light but offered cushioning and support. This shoe fits like a glove, thanks to its integrated tongue, the heel design offers stability, but it doesn’t feel rigid or stiff to run in. Well pleased.

I have fallen arches and have found these shoes very comfortable for walking however they did take some getting used to. They are a narrow fit and they can rub on the heel causing blisters when you first wear them but now they are perfect and I feel they really support my feet!

Love this trainer! Sturdy support and love the added ‘sock’ around the ankle, makes the trainer feel more secure. Fab colour ;-) Only ran a few miles in them, but so far so good. Comfortable journey had.
