This was a Christmas present for my son aged 9. He loves all things Minecraft. He really enjoyed playing all the episodes, and it is easy and safe to play for young children, but as a parent I was a bit disappointed for the following reasons.Firstly he played the whole thing, all episodes, in 2 days, and due to the nature of the product once it's been played through once, the appeal is limited. Secondly, there are about 5 episodes, but there is a process to register and download the episodes 2-5 which takes some working through and could be clearer, and if not followed it looks as if you need to pay for these additional episodes. I see there is a question relating to this so others were confused.

Can't really write a review about the content but will say my son had this on the top of his Christmas list and was chuffed to bits when he recieved and had literally played this non stop since he got it and he is pleased with it and did say that he wanted the game because you get all the chapters? Apparently to buy this through the actual Xbox you have to buy each chapters separately but they are not all available as they are staggered realised so with this game it works out cheaper and straight away you have all chapters. According to my son the minecraft wiz lol

Bought for our 8 year old son. What 8 year old doesn't love Minecraft? Despite my reservations as this game always seems to be a play once kind of game, with very short stories, my son thoroughly thoroughly enjoyed this.Yes it was short, yes he hasn't gone back to it, however the enjoyment he got from it was worth the money, he has now exchanged it for some other games too, and half quite good value.

One of my 7yr old Sons Christmas presents, he's completely Minecraft daft and was after this game, he has said it's fantastic!

I don't usually play minecraft games but i am a big telltale fan, It is definitely worth picking up if you enjoy telltale

Great game, my 7 year old loves it! however it only goes up to episode 3 (upon release)...waiting patiently for episode 4
