Usually I buy Logitech mice but wanted a "Hot Pink" mouse to match the sleeve I bought for my new laptop - I was finding my last Logitech mouse was struggling to open links I finally installed a new battery but had ordered the hot pink mouse by then. The new batteries did the trick on the old mouse but I just love the colour and feel of the hot pink one.The Microsoft mouse is just right for my largish female hand. It has a lift off back cover hiding the AA battery and a slot for storing the little plug or noddle as I call it. You get an Duracell battery in the packaging with the mouse but I always wonder about shelf life of these batteries but it seems ok.The "noddle" arrives in the transparent packing not hidden inside the mouse. There is also a "tiny" round button inset in the base of the mouse which proved to be an ON / OFF switch. Also a light which if your battery has any power in it will tell you if the mouse is switched on. Great that it is inset so nothing in my bag can slide it to the ON position. The noddle is all black which is a bit annoying as other coloured mice I have had have had a band of colour to differentiate between your mice. With the noddle plugged in to my laptop I used the mouse but went into settings (Windows 10) to check out the mouse and found I had to move the arrow a little to get a faster double click opening of the little folder. It really is good.

In search of a new mouse, I found that the TeckNet mice with extra buttons were some of the best selling... I was unsure, but I bought one because I believed the reviews. Long story short, the mouse came with a broken scroll wheel out of the box. So I returned it, and decided that I'd rather have a quality mouse straight from Microsoft and so far I haven't been disappointed. It's pretty basic at £10, it's not the most ergonomic, but I feel confident that it will last... One thing most people never discuss about wireless mice is the USB dongle that comes with it. I've had many wireless mice over the years and almost all of the adapters end up breaking, leaving the mouse useless...but this adapter has no creases along the plastic where it might split like other wireless mice do. Microsoft knows what they're doing when it comes to mice. I don't care about how many positive reviews other mice have, I want something that will last!

PC world kindly let me have this instead of a USB mouse with retractable cable ; that had failed after a few months ; lucky I kept the receipt . It worked immediately on plugging in the receiver ( after first inserting a Duracell AA battery supplied ) . As I nearly always have a spare ; my main concern of needing a battery ; was eliminated . It works as if it was wired and the receiver is so small the laptop fits in its bag without need for removal . It does have a space in the mouse to store it if you do want to remove it from the laptop in the battery compartment as something that small could easily get lost . I suppose time will tell how durable it is but it seems fairly robust and the three buttons are all quite smooth and responsive .Cannot really see a need to spend more money unless you maybe want a gaming mouse .

I bought this mouse mainly because it was at a good price and made by a trusted brand to go with a new laptop. After 10 months of daily use, firstly I must say that it is a good size and is responsive and not overly sensitive to movement. The battery rarely needs changing. Unfortunately, after two months the mouse started to malfunction a little bit. It works well and then will stop working / responding altogether intermittently e.g it will work for 30 minutes and then become non-responsive for 5 minutes and then work again for 10 minutes before becoming unresponsive for 20 minutes etc. Looking at the mainly positive feedback on here it seems that I've just been unlucky with this one.

Very good mouse for its price, definately worth your buck if you're looking for a simple cordless mouse that works on the go without the need of installing software. The click is moderately loud but not too loud, overall the mouse looks and feels a bit plasticky but since it's very cheap, I didn't expect it to be assembled in high grade materials. Its light and comfortable and ambidextrous, the scrollwheel isn't too stiff which is often the case with cheaper mice...What I miss is a tilting scroll-wheel, especially because my previous mouse had that and I got used to it.A tilting scrollwheel can be used to scroll sideways and its really a miss once you got used to that.

I must have spent a few days looking for a wireless mouse to use with my laptop at work and with my MacBook Pro at home.I ended up buying this one mainly because it has good reviews on here and everywhere else on the internet, plus it's made by Microsoft. It's very easy to use, plug the USB device in, insert the battery, power it up and you're good to go.It's comfortable and portable. The packaging is nothing exciting but it also doesn't look cheap, for £9.99 it looks very well presented. It comes with a battery which should last up to 6 months so that's currently being tested- other than that it's a great product, don't think twice, buy it!

No frills mouse, I have a few different types of these wireless mice and they work as you would expect. There is a scroll button which can be a clicked to give you a faster scroll, however there are no programmable buttons so just the basic functions. The mouse has a pretty small form factor measuring less than 100mm by 60mm, its seem sturdy enough for every day office use.I had the wireless dongle at the back of the PC and there seemed to be a bit of a delay at times, but after switching it to the front it works perfect. It takes one AA battery and there is an on/off switch on the base, I would buy another should we need one.

In my experience, Microsoft make the best mouses. I bought this as a replacement for one I'd had for about 6 years. At that time it cost me £10, so I definitely got my money's worth, I expect nothing less with this one.I drop my mouse a LOT, sometimes it gets drop kicked. I have an unfortunate twitch that means sometimes my mouse literally gets launched across the room into the wall, so, I need something sturdy and well made, it needs to be able to take the kind of abuse that I dish out. I have no doubts this mouse can deal with that and will last me a long time. And it's purple!I would definitely recommend this item.

I bought 4 more of these after the first purchase, great battery life ever even though I never turn it off, and very important, wakes up quickly from sleep with movement without having to click buttons or hit keyboard key, which causes problems with every other wireless mouse I have ever used. But without doubt the battery life, just a single AA battery is excellent, also small but comfortable as many Mice are just too small for continuous use. Excellent value compared to any other Mouse and receiver fits neatly inside the battery compartment so no getting lost when travelling.

As I write this review on my Samsung Galaxy Pro 12.2 tablet, my mouse is hooked up to it and working beautifully. Initally, I wanted to buy a bluetooth mouse so that I didn't need any wires, but in my haste I purchased this one without realizing that it had a little usb as well. Every problem has a solution: I went and bought a female usb to male micro usb connector wire from my local electronics store for a couple of bucks, and it works great. The color is so adorable and the mouse is of high quality. Definitely recommend it for any device.

This is a simple three button mouse with scroll wheel and it works exactly as it should. After inserting the usb receiver it connected to my windows 10 laptop hassle free and was up and running in seconds. The range seems good, I'm getting at least 8ft, works well and is not to big, so carrying around is not a problem. The mouse also contains a little holder in the battery compartment for the receiver, which has proved very useful.I like it, there's nothing fancy about it but it does the job. Thumbs up from me.

This mouse is amazing, there is a few track pad lags but nothing too major but can cause an annoyance if you accidentally click something other than what you wanted but not too major and works overall otherwise, the colour is a slight bit darker than the picture but I think that's actually better in my opinion, and the whole mouse just feels sturdy and not cheaply made at all unlike others that cost way more overall I'd recommend this mouse (or the other colours) over pretty much every other one

Ordered this in Magenta which you can clearly see is a dark pink, Opened the box but it was a pale baby pink. It had the right order number for Magenta. Whoever matched the order numbers with product clearly didn't bother checking the order number against the right colour.. Lucky daughter said she wasn't bothered so we kept it. Have read other reviews where the colours have been different to the one advertised. Not fair on the staff in the shop who have to do the refunds & hear people complain

Yes, there are better mouses (mice?) available, but this really is a good mouse. If you just want a mouse for general, every day use, this one is ideal. My sons have one each. My elder son is using his for his computing A Level, with no issues. It's quite small, so ideal for travel. Unless you're after a gaming mouse, I really don't see the point in wasting money on a more expensive version. My younger son, who is very clumsy, has had his for about a year, so they must be quite durable, too.

My 3rd wireless mouse and my favourite so far . This has a claimed battery life of 6 months which is v.good.It is a very simple shape which I find comfortable . It is programmable to a degree but I simply plugged it in and it worked perfectly. The speed and response are just right and it doesn't wander at all. It also works on most surfaces. For me a mouse is much quicker and easier than the touchpad and this is excellent quality and value and does the job straight out of the box.
