This palette have got collection of all the eye shadows that I like to use on a day to day basis. All shades in palette are the ones you can make use of as compared to many palettes where many shades just stay in their pan and for some others you hit the bottom. This palette have got such a lovely four warm, natural shades that are perfect for any day look and have four purple/smokey shades for any night out. It have got a lovely matte black and matte brown shades to do darker crease or to line the eyes. It have got shimmery, metallic finish shades as well as mattes to create most versatile looks at such an affordable price.And a guide on back side to give basic idea of creating perfect eyelook makes it more easier to do perfect eye makeup for newbies and teenagersas well.Before trying out the shades I was more concerned about pigmentation and lasting power of the palette and I must say I am impressed with it. Shades are really easy to build up and give such a lovely finish and you can always beautify any eye look with metallic finish touch. Just properly prep your eyes with a primer and base before doing any eyelook to even intensify the shades and they will last much longer. Just two matte shades took a little more effort to build up but still it was not that bad.There are two highlight shades in the palette which are very lovely with metallic finish and goes perfect with shimmery eyes. One have gold finish while other is lovely metallic pink. Packaging is lovely. Could have been better with mirror but transparent packaging revealing all lovely shimmery shades looks so fancy. I will totally recommend it to others as it have such a good value for the cost.I have done some swatches of the shades but I must say they are more beautiful in real and camera don't do justice to them. I’m going to jump right to and tell you that I love this palette. I don’t claim to be a make up pro but I wear makeup every day and eye shadow most days so for me the step to step guide on the back on how to apply the eyeshadows was great! I liked both sets of colours off the eyeshadows. I think the browny nudes are great for during the day and the purples more for night time. My fav color of the lot was the black on the purple side. I also felt they stayed on well and looked great even once I got home. This might sound slightly bizarre but when using the palette the eyeshadows and highlighters kept the pattern which makes it look more appealing, all my make up is covered in other makeup so this makes a change.As for the highlighters, I’ve never really used one before ( life changer! ) I think they look great. They give you that bit of sparkle/sheen but subtle at the same time. What I didn’t like about the highlighters was that the pictures on the back weren’t overly clear on how to apply and no instructions unlike the eyeshadows. I kinda just guessed but was pleased with the result. Lightweight and easy to fit in your make up back, I will defo recommend to a friend. Sorry the picture isn’t great. I really like the colours of this product. It looks like there can be a daytime and nighttime style. They are easy to apply and glide on the eyelid nicely. It's great that there is instructions on the back to tell me where to apply each colour. This helps if you are unsure on how where to put each colour. I tried out the shimmer colour on my eyes and was complimented on how they looked. I told quite a few friends about this product as they wanted to know where they could get it from. I like the contour colours and they gave me a nice sheen on my cheek and highlighted my high cheekbones. The only downside I found was that the contour colours come of onto my fingers.This meant I ended up with shimmer all over my fingers. It wasn't the worst thing. Just meant I had to wipe my hands a bit. I would've also have liked and idea of a brush to use for the eyeshadow and contour colours. Would help if people are buying it and want the right brushes as there isn't a brush in the set. Overall I would use this again and reccomend this to my friends and family. This palette has a great range of colours - unlike many other eyeshadow palettes, ALL the colours in this one are usable, which is great! I particularly love the highlighter shades included, as they are not too shimmery and can be used for everyday purposes. The golden highlight can also be used as a concealer on dark patches, and all the shades are very well pigmented, so I imagine this will last for quite some time!The more glittery eyeshadows can be used for a night out too, which makes this a good all in one palette. Also, I found the application tips on the back of the pack very useful for applying the right shades together, and to apply the highlights on the correct places.I imagine the tips would of great help for beginners too, so they wouldn't find all the shades overwhelming. The eyeshadows also stay on throughout the day, so it's ideal for long days. It's also compact, so it's very useful for travel purposes too. My only minor criticism would be that this does not include a small brush for use in emergencies, but this is not really an issue most of the time. The product is fantastic. I never wear makeup and decided to give it a go. What can i say. Its absolutley fantastic. Its so easy to use. The colurs match great and stand out well. Everybody asked me what brand i was using and the colurs in it. I would definatley buy this again. Before i got the product. I wanted to know had it been tested on animals. What types of skin was it suitable for. How much it costs to purchase at diffrent outlets. I spoke to lots of friends and members of the public who were curious. They all asked me about the colours the brand and was it easy to use. I had nothing but positive comments. My daugter tried makeup for the first time and she looked stunning.It complemented her cheek bones and made her look photogenic. I found the makeup easy to put on amd easy to remove it also lasted for ages on both me and my daughter and enhanced our features. It also gave me lots of posotive feedback when i posted on my social media. This has instantly become a regular in my makeup routine. I love the colours in this palette. Every colours is perfect. I usually find with a palette that there's a few shades that will never get used but every colour in this palette is great, there's not a bad one in there. I'm a brunette with blue eyes and these colours are perfect for me. I absolutely love this pallet. It's easy to apply and stays all day. I'm a nurse and don't have time to reapply make up when I'm a work but with this palette there's no need. I have found that the colours stay true for a whole day with no creasing. I have found blending these colours very easy and I'm so pleased with the results.The colour can be built up for a more dramatic look or applied subtly for a more natural look. To be honest, I've spent a lot on various palettes in the past but find this one is my favourite, I'm so pleased I tried it. I doubt I'll buy anything different for a while. I have been looking at Eyeshadow palettes for a little while now, I like the thought of experimenting but haven't been brave enough to take the plunge yet! When I got this one, I was amazed! The colours are very complimentary, both for a day look and for night!! I got this in time for the festive season and on the day off my office Christmas party, I used the nudes on one side of the palette for my 'day' look then used the darker colours to make a more smokey eye effect for the night!! Easy peasy! What was great as well, is the highlighters in the centre!! I just used a bit under my brow bone and in the corner of my eyes (as per the YouTube tutorials that I watched for inspiration!!)And I was away!!!! I had a lot of queries as to where my palette is from as the shimmer effect was fantastic for the party season!!!!! I definitely love this product!!!!!!! I love this product Total Temptation if definitely the right name. I’m a busy mum of 2 and this is so easy to apply (it even comes with instructions on the back so that you can get the best look) i was shocked after running around after my 2 monsters all day that it hadn’t smudged and looked as good as the moment I put it on. It has also saved me time with everything being in the same place. I also recently used the palette for my Christmas party and not only did it go from day to night effortlessly it made me feel really glamorous and I got lots of compliments!! The catch on this product is also really strong so not chance of it opening up in your makeup bag.It really is fantastic value for money with 8 eyeshadows and 2 highlights there are so many options and different looks to choose from. Maybelline have put 8 gorgeous eye shadows and 2 shimmery highlighters in one pack!They are absolutely amazing! The eyeshadows have good staying power and dont gather in the crease of the eyelid. The shimmer powder they have used catches the light beautifully.On the back of the pack, there is directions of how to use the eyeshadows to make them look their best.The highlighters are perfect for the party season, one golden and one a shade of pink. Again, they have brilliant staying power and could still be seen after a few hours of wearing them.The pack is easy to use with directions on the back numbering the eyeshadows to use to compliment each other.The only downside is that the pack didnt come with any eye shadow applicators,but this is only a very minor downside as we all have them hanging around the bottom of our make up bags! I was unsure at first if I would like this palette as I wasn't sure how the highlighter would turn out. The highlighter colours seemed a bit odd but I gave them a go and loved them, I've used them seperately and together. They give a nice sparkle without being too much. The eyeshadows are absolutely amazing! Firstly the colour comes out exactly as you see it, with some other eyeshadows I've needed to load my brush up to even get a hint of the colour but not with these ones. The smallest amount of the eyeshadow gives a nice deep colour and with minimal droppage on the cheeks (something which is a nightmare if you are trying for a smoky look). I am extremely picky when it comes to eyeshadows as I love my darker deeper colours, this Maybelline palette has some stunning shades in and I created a gorgeous cut crease with it, but it's a lot more natural for me for everyday. The shadows do swatch very nice and they do hold a lot of pigment which I was very surprised and pleased about. BUT the highlight shades, oh my goodness they are incredible, probably actually defiantly the best highlighter I have used from the drugstore. So I would personally recommend this if you want that more natural eye look, you can smoke it out slightly too which is good! But 100% recommend on the basis of the two highlights, I will defiantly be checking out Maybelline's other highlighters![This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I absolutely love the total Temptation Shadow and Highlight Palette from maybelline! The colours and shades are just what I have been looking for! The highlighters are my favourite out of the palette, but don't get me wrong I love the eye shadows too. I created a pink Smokey eye for my works Christmas party and it lasted all night, no smudges! I also love the fact that on the back of the palette it has instructions on what's best to use where. So if you arnt as experienced with makeup it gives you the knowledge to experiment in the best way! I would 100% recommend this product and I have actually bought a couple of these for Christmas presents for the girls at work which I'm sure they will love just as much as I do![This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

what a fantastic pallette! The colours/tones are gorgeous and have a great shimmer/sparkle to them. The highlighters and eyeshadow have smooth textures and blend really well. The only thing that could be better is if it had a applicator brush and maybe a mirror in the lid but its not really a bother to get from my make up bag.I love the fact its compact and easy to carry about. By having all the colours together i actually experimented with a few different looks and they actually look ok as usually i keep to the same basic daily look.Once applied it stays on really well. This has got to be one of the best highlighter powder palettes I've used. There's a good mix of matte eyeshadow colours and shimmer shades for different looks. Personally I've loved the neutral and dark brown matte shades for a smokey eye and then a mixture of the two highlighter shimmer powders for my cheekbones and brow bones. The highlighters stay in place all day and the shimmer is a beautiful, pretty texture which gives the impression of much more expensive product, not too obvious or bulky. I'm yet to experiment with the shimmer shades on my eyes but I think this is definitely a must have product that I would recommend to friends, especially for the festive period.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

What an amazing, affordable Shadow and Highlight Pallette! Used it on a recent night out and it did not fade or crease on my eyelids. Usually I would stick to my go-to top end highlighting cream, but I am now converted to this little Pallette of brilliance! Was not to over powering on shine which was a plus point for me. The eye shadows were a beautiful contrast of colours and sparkles which blend very well together. Could be used day or night depending on which ones you choose to wear.
