This is a great liner, I wasn't sure it would be "tattoo". But it honestly does not budge, even with water, you need a great cleanser to remove it, Cerave face wash does not get it off. Highly recommend if you want a liner to last long periods of time.

It's actually a pretty decent liner pencil for the cost. It doesn't smudge very easily and will stay on neatly all day. So far it's the best pencil liner I've used, although I prefer gel liner which lasts much longer.

Love this eyeliner! Definitely waterproof and smudge proof and excellent value for money.It's very soft and stays put! It looks plastic but you sharpen it with a normal makeup pencil sharpener.

This eyeliner is great, I'm on my third one! I am 50 and like a fairly obvious line along my upper lash line, this does exactly that and stays in place all day! Highly recommend!

Excellent eyeliner, great staying power and at first I didn’t think I could sharpen it with a normal sharpener but I could and it sharpens just fine.

This is a very good eyeliner and despite previously having liner run and smudge under my bottom lid, this stays on quite well. Will buy another one.

This is a nice eyeliner but it does smodge easily, it probably should though as its not waterproof but its not supposed to be. Fast delivery

Pigmented, easy to apply, perfect black and lasts all day.You will run out pretty quickly though so I reccomend buying a couple.

Amazing product, it lasts over 8 hours and still looks just as good as when you first put it on, best eyeliner I've ever brought.

First eyeliner I found that actually does its job, lasts almost the whole day as long as you don't touch your eyes.

Didn't realise that you can sharpen tis as it has a outer coating on it.I have now sharpened it and it's great.

Arrived quickly, it rubs off quite easily , does really do anything differant from other pencils still smudges

Beautiful soft eyeliner colour and stays on for hours ,easy to apply . Nice everyday eyeliner pencil .
