Make-up wise, I love this product. It's an incredible, creamy dark black kohl that is easily applied, with no discomfort (at least for me) to sensitive parts of the eye. I find it does smudge a little, but not terribly. The only issue with this product is the packaging - it appears, when you are studying it in-store, to be designed as an eyeliner that you twist to get more of - there is a part that rotates at the bottom, the area surrounding the liner is made of plastic rather than wood, and I've seen many comments online of people saying they are able to twist the bottom to get more eyeliner. However, having purchased two of these, both times I have been unable to work the twisting mechanism - it turns but nothing happens.

I have not been able to find the MASTER Drama kohl pencil in shops recently. It is by far the best eyeliner I have used in ages. It is incredibly soft and produces a strong colour on the inner eye with no pressure needed.So many kohl eyeliners now only produce a faint line or you have to apply with a lot of pressure which isn’t pleasant around your eyes. Even other kohl eyeliners from Maybelline do not do the job. So glad I can buy on line and it’s fantastic value for money. I received it the following morning after ordering.

For the price I was pleasantly surprised with the product. It is incredibly pigmented, soft and easy to work with. It sharpens nicely and doesn’t seem to break easily. It’s great for using in the water line however smudges very easily, which isn’t bad as it’s good to blend but I do find it transfers quite a bit if not placed carefully. One of the best drugstore black liners I’ve used.

Love this liner! It is very soft..metalic but not too shiny & has good staying power. I love the violet undertones ..not as harsh as black on a maturer woman.It sharpens well & due to its smoothness of application I imagine it will be used quicker..hence my second order for two more! No drag on the lids & a very pretty effect regardless of eye colour. Very happy with this purchase!

Definitely my eyeliner of choice now I have found it. Never found one that applies as bold and easy to both my lash line and under. I wear contacts and there is no irritation at all. Only downside is that I have to sharpen it every day, but a small price to pay. Would be nice if they did a sharpener that was designed specifically for getting through the plastic coating though

whilst it DOESNT smear smudge etc..the sharp bit of rim round shaving bit is an aggro (does ovs last longer than rimmel exagg';but ..the sharpness of that rim where you shave it IS summat to weigh up ; 9/10 sharpening it leaves a bit that can scratch your eye - TO COUNTERACT though its a dark black and easy to use on inside rims of eyes.

One thing I noticed with this eyeliner is that it doesn't matter what temperature the room is the eyeliner goes on thick. I used to have to warm up my kohl eyeliners as they wouldn't go on unless I constantly drew over the contour of my eye BUT this eye liner gives you loads of coverage and would be great for making a smoke effect eye.

I buy this eyeliner all the time. Often get it from Amazon since it's not always possible to find the dark brown in the shops. It stays on better than most, though I keep having to sharpen so each pencil does last ages, but hey ho, can't have everything! Especially good for blending to get the smoky eye thing.

Delighted to find this item online with this seller and, after receiving one and checking it is the correct item, I ordered more! Just to confirm for those who are confused (as I was at first!), this pencil is to be sharpened, it does not feed more 'lead' by twisting the bottom! Great price too!

I went to the spa to have a facial and the only thing I had on was this pencil. Even after the facial, the hot tub and the sauna the pencil didn't budge!!! I would've given 5 stars but I notice it is hard to work it with a brush, which is a bit of a bummer.

Definitely dramatic looking eyes . Have to be careful tho. Can smudge when being applied. And I don't use it for work cause if I forget that I have this on I might smudge it. But overall this is what I wanted a true black colour and a strong dramatic look.

I have tried many khol eyeliners to use inside eyelid (under lasher) and some really do not work well. This one is fantastic, soft and easy to use with clear definition i think it is really great. Would definately recommend if using under lashes.

This is the only eyeliner I have found that stays put on the waterline.. Ultra black is a wonderful deep colour and defines your eyes quite dramatically .... If you want an eyeliner that stays on, this is the one for you. Fantastic price too ...

I love the staying power and density of this eyeliner but after a few applications, the tip wears out and needs sharpening. I use a regular eyeliner sharpener which generally does the trick but future applications can then smudge easily.

I like this eyeliner but I prefer the twisting one. The pencil itself is very soft, so be careful not to over apply, the twisting option is better for this so that you dont have to sharpen on every application.
