Bought this to transfer items from my old laptop to my I.pad as the laptop has been wrecked by Windows 10. I can download to it and view its contents but when I try to upload from it there is a message saying it needs an upgrade but can't find the card so not a lot of use. Gordon P.

Stuck with this product that didn't work from the day it was delivered. Complete wast of money. Support was pathetic and almost negligible
