Great powder, feels silky on the skin, and it’s nice that it includes a puff, as with many powders puffs are no longer included. However, the shade is not necessarily translucent, more of a “shade 2”. I have relatively fair skin and this shade works perfectly fine as long as I don’t cake it on. For the price there is a lot of product, and I can refill my Stratton compact about four times with one pot of powder.

Great. Have been waiting for this to come back on the market at a realistic price. Ideal loose powder for evening out skin tones without having to use any "slap". Takes off shine. Good colour, not dark or orangey. Use lightly on its own, not over a base coat. Comes with a puff and an inner mesh. (The Betrix one is much lighter and good for very fair skins such as red heads or very pale Japanese).

I really like mine. I’ve tried this this fine instead of the miracle veil powder from a factor. It works just as nice this is just more Matt, the veil has more of a faint shimmer. You get lots of it and you only need a little of it to mattify and set you make up. It’s a tad messy to use as you open the lid and have to dip your brush in so you do get a lot of fall out. Would use again though.

Thought I'd give this a go as the reviews were great and I already liked the hard pressed MF powder. It really IS a lovely powder. Goes on well, blends perfectly to my skin, hides my pores really well, and looks fantastic for hours. Love it! It comes with a quality, plump powder puff too. It's an absolute bargain and I'll definitely be buying again!

I have used this product for..., well, ever since I began using makeup.It is so easy to use, it blends in with my skintone easily. I also use it to set cream foundations from Kryolan, which is the perfect concealer. If it's a hot day, I set the powder using an un-perfumed hairspray. All-day confidence! I hope they never stop making it.

Fantastic power veil. Apply as a finishing touch, it takes away the shine and gives soft look finish without unnatural powder effect. (I don't offer leave reviews but this product is worth the time and recommendation).P.S. As you'd expect from Max Factor it comes in a nice solid box with a classic powder sponge)

When ordering, I had no expectations. But I’m really happy with the product. It has great application tools, gives a mild shimmer and is light. Considering the quality and quantity the price is also fine. And a quick delivery too!

I've been looking for a powder like this for ages & this does really work,without making your face look caked in powder.I actually only touch up my face once thought the day,which is brill.I would definatly by again.

Great help of flawless looking makeup at a great price. It lasts quite a long time too.I use the powder all over after using liquid foundation and my skin looks really smooth.I recommend this product.

Love Max Factor. Love this face powder. It's hard to find it in the shops anymore. Was a little worried it may not be the genuine thing but it is! Really like it and will be buying it again.

My skin is quite sensitive, but still this powder suits me. I love the finish it gives to my makeup, from day to night and even music shows with bright spotlights and sweaty performing!!!

It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Being a dark skinned black woman I was worried that it would wash me out or leave my makeup looking a little grey or ashy but that want the case.

This is the second or third time I have bought this face powder and its good. Finely milled and blends into my face tone perfectly.Highly recommended And very reasonably priced.

Always loved Max Factor loose powder, but its not always readily available in shops, so glad to find a stockist on Amazon... it just holds that make up in place all day long...

Ordered this for a bridal makeup on oily skin, it worked extremely well. It didn't add too much colour to the face, didn't clump up in areas and mattified well.
