This was my first foray into madden since madden 99 or something...im not an nfl fan & after seeing some very positive reviews on game sites & some gameplay vids i decided to take a punt on it (no pun intended)Well the gfx are totally excellent, i have a 4k capable pc & have high standards gfx wise but this exceeded expectations for sure.Also its got an extensive tutorial (very in depth) for you to learn the basics & even in depth stuff if you so choose (i prefer to not try to learn everything as its time consuming & not fun)But after my first game in rookie i slaughtered the opposition 73-7 or something...so moved to pro (next lvl up) & lost 2 of my next 3 games,

Great indeed! And here come two facts about the game: 1. Why is it called 'football' when the ball is not being kicked very much around at all??? It is because the oval ball is in fact about one foot in length! 2. Where did the name Super Bowl have its origin??? In 1966 when the high commissionaries of the American Football Conference And National Football Conference were to agree to set their respective winners to meet in the final game of the season the following year, 1967. Well one commissionary, whose name I do not know, had a plastic model of the newly prepared miniature stadium on a table in his living room. His then 3 or 4 year old daughter passed the table and had a quick look at the model of the given stadium.

I have been very critical of previous Madden games for PS3 & PS4 as I saw little change or improvement from the previous one.This was why I was very reluctant to buy Madden 17, but I am glad I did.For any American Football fan out there, I would recommend purchasing this game.The gameplay, presentation and commentary (which in previous games was boring and repetitive, but is now actually pleasant to listen to with regular and relevant updates) are all excellent and covers all the factors that are involved in playing or watching an NFL game.There is enough content and gameplay to keep you occupied well until the next one comes out.My only real criticism is that the gap between the different skills levels is too big/noticeable.At last EA have done their homework,

I buy madden every year and can honestly say this is one of the better upgrades.usually im underwhelmed by the normal minor changes, but the presentation, in game goals and commentary alone make this an easy recommendation.franchise mode has seen an impressive upgrade changing the interface and how simple some of the more mundane tasks are, the sim mode is vastly improved adding much need control to simulations, and the run game physics are drastically improved providing designated blocking assignment and realistic gap assignments (which also improves pass rush mechanics)the only downside is that the career mode is still poor compared to NBA 2K, with very little interaction or immersion.

Fantastic improvement on 16I only started playing Madden from 15 onwards and i love how the improvements each year have been noticeable. The running game specifically has been re-vamped in this game and i feel it is more effective. The defence has more control options which makes it easier to pick plays.Franchise mode has had a few careful additions where it is still wholly recognizable as the established franchise mode, the extra tweaks make it a more enjoyable experience!If you like Madden you will love this latest addition!

Have been a fan of Madden for a few years now. This version is a steady improvement on the already good 16. I personally play CFM more than anything and it has steadily improved. Play the moments is a good addition for people not wanting to play the whole matches. However, it does seem harder to pick out top talent in the drafts.

Brilliant for a first time fan not wanting to break the bank! It graphically is brilliant and you learn the game easy after tutorial. I also did career mode which is fun etc. The case is a different language but the game is English still : ). Eventually I'll get the newest one.

first madden game since I rented it out on ps2 from blockbusters and im not into it but its easy to follow and I am finally getting the hang of the game after three days :) would recommend it if your not very sure to get it :)

As always the Madden series does not disappoint.With the updated additions,there is plenty on it to keep going even as like me you didn't bother with the last couple of them(upgraded to PS4)

Best Madden ever, massive improvement on presentation and the commentary is superb. Game play is smooth and has some nice added tweaks, a must buy if you're a gridiron fan.

Standard upgrade the goal system is better and the kick/block kicker is an improvement. Worth the money...well depends on your budget. Not a must have but a nice to have.

Madden NFL 17 is like being at a live game. I have been to the USA to watch games and can say that the graphics are very good and the choice of players is good.

Wonderful game. Would definitely recommend even for those who are new to football. Easy to learn and the New franchise mode is very good

Great game, played NFL 16. Online play is good, varied level of experience of players which is good. Graphics is good, smooth moving.
