I spent hours trawling through all the spice containers (masala dabbas) they are all metal and therefore heavy and more difficult to keep clean. Then I came across the Lock & Lock Spice set/masala dabba and ordered one. Have been using every day since receiving it. It is perfect in every way, airtight, watertight and lightweight yet sturdy and so well made. It is Lock & Lock and therefore top quality. I ordered a second one for nuts and then a third for dried fruits. They stack so well together. Before this I was spending ages opening individual jars and packets and inevitably spilling the contents. Thank you Amazon for selling this and thank you Lock & Lock for making it.

I was very tempted to purchase the metal dabba's (container) as this is traditionally used in our household however, I opted for the plastic version as it has the airtight lid. If you have a bigger household like mine, you will need a much larger container but I would say this is big enough for a small family or couple who cook often with spices and herbs like we do. no complaints, perfect!! worth every penny.

Perfect container that keeps your spices at hand when you need them. Also saves you the faff of trying to find the ones you need as they're all stored in separate segmented contrainers which are housed neatly inside the bigger one...and its airtight too ! Especially perfect for those that like to cook curries from scratch.

I bought this to replace traditional Indian round metal containers as I have had problems with the contents spilling inside if they get tipped. Lock & Lock have come up with the goods as usual. Not as stylish as the metal ones but much more practical. No spillage or spoiling as they are airtight as with all Lock & Lock.

I agree with previous review, a bit small to take a whole packet of spice. I did kept it because thinking of the hassle of taking it back. I don't know where I read the spice container each of them had a lid but I've just checked it from sellers description. There's nothing wrotten like that. I wish it was though.

I have been looking for something like this for years. I have been through two supposedly steel containers with compartments for condiments and spices. Both had started to get rusted after the second wash. This is amazing. A ton lighter and no rust issues. spoon is the perfect size too.

I bought this item to sort out my herbs and spices and was so pleased. Now my cupboard is organised and I can find the spice/herb I want immediately. The little spoon is always to hand and the lid is airtight so no dampness from steam etc. Great buy infact I have bought another one.

I received this in good condition and promptly delivered. I was after something like this to put my spices in and it’s a super container with different compartments. It’s very strong and sturdy. And even better as it locks & seals. I would highly recommend this.

I loved this product so much I have two ! One for my spices and the other for my cake decorations. My grandaughters love looking to see what's in the pots when making their cup cakes. Ideal product and Lock n Lock too ......perfect!

I really like these spice box containers which are a handy size and do keep the contents dry. I've bought quite a few over the years both for myself and as gifts for others.

Best for small family.You can put small amount of spices i bought it for my daughter who is moving out for study.it's very useful and stylish too.very happy with my purchase

Loved the color!!! Comes with a lovely small spoon. Cups inside are big enough for me. Bought it for spices. One of the best buys. Love to buy it again. Highly recommended!

It is very helpful in keeping different spices without intermingling them. The little tiny spoon is very cute. The plastic is sturdy. A good buy.
