I have used lock and lock containers for a number of years and have found them to be reliable and robust, even when both base and lid are washed in the dishwasher. My containers will probably have each gone through the dishwasher more than 100 times without any detriment to their performance.This particular item is a very useful size for storing, for example, icing sugar and instant coffee. In the case of the latter, as I do not use instant coffee very often, I found that it would go off if left in the original jar whereas storage in a lock and lock container prolongs the lifespan significantly.

I do like my homecooked meals at work which can be problematic as soon as I have something with gravy or soup because many containers that I used to have were not even NOT airtight, but leaked. I stumbled across lock and lock in a supermarket, and brought one of them to try out. What can I say ? Eversince I brought this, I have had a proper clearing in the kitchen/household, and replaced all my containers with the lock and lock ones. I do not regret it as they are simple to use, perfect for storing items(cheese or sliced meats) in the fridge as they stack up perfectly, they dont take on any colour of spiced food and are easy to clean. A clear advantage is that you can use them in a microwave as well as put them in a dishwasher.

- Lock & lock always great quality- Never leaks- Use for suger, but could easily use for anything wet- Contents never get damp- Always choose lock & lock products- Worth paying for thisLock & lock is always great quality - we bought this to put sugar in. We've used it for other things, including soups etc.The sugar never gets damp, and it's completely air sealed.When we put wet contents in the container, it never leaked.I'd highly recommend lock & lock products over other competitors - never had a problem with any of the products, and they're always great quality.

At last somewhere to put my pearl barley. I have ordered 3 more of these as they went down in price. I am sure I will use them for things I need to store. What jumps to mind is the other half of a tin of baked beans, when you have eaten the first half (for singletons). I have just discovered Lock and Lock and bought up a lot. They revolutionize my kitchen. I have given it 4 stars not five because the round ones don't clip together quite as efficiently as the square or rectangular ones, but that is not the fault of Lock and Lock, it is the nature of using a round container.

My favourite brand now. Ive got a few of lock and lock containers as they keep the food fresh they don't leak and are easy to clean. Easy to use I don't reheat or cook in them as I've found they stain especially if you reheat curry. For the sake of one extra saucepan to wash up your lock and lock will stay looking new. I also use them to store craft items cotton wool balls etc. They are a perfect size for many things. I hope my comments are helpful

bought 5 of these...Great container for my weekly batch soups, and perfect size not too big or not too small. perfect for one meal of soup and some stir fried mushrooms on top of soup and stored in Fridge. Amazing value. I am ordering 4 more today for my weekly freshly home-made Hummus storage! when you care about your health and want to avoid store bought soups or hummus and make your own, you will appreciate this. love and peace all.

Very good quality product, locks tight with a rubber o-ring to seal. Has gradation marks on the side in both ml and cups which makes it convenient. Price was also quite good compared to your typical high street store.I use these for rice, quinoa and other small cereals which i store once the package is open. I also carry yogurt and fruit into the office and the container hold liquids well while travelling

Good product. Just what I needed. I thought I might want more than one but just ordered one first, to check it was suitable. On arrival (next day, through Prime), I went to buy again and was surprised to see that in less than 24 hours it had changed to an 'add-on item' so my re-purchase is delayed. I have since bought other items from Amazon, but not all were eligible for 'add-on'. Disappointing.

I bought this mainly to transport my soup to work and it is perfect! Also great for any other lunches (especially rice/pasta) as it contains a decent portion. Nice size to carry around. I have had many different foods in there and it is yet to stain - massive plus. I must add that I heat the food in a bowl/on a plate rather in the actual contain itself.

I use this primarily for protein shakes. It does the job well and I've only known it leak slightly on a couple of occasions (with over 12 months of use). It is slightly fiddly to clean sometimes as you have to prize out the rubber seal on the lid to give it a thorough wash, but it's been good and I would buy another one.

I love my lock and lock storage containers, I have many of them and they are constantly in use. I store all my dry foods in them and also things to go in the fridge too. I use them for freezing soups and other things that I have cooked. They keep everything fresh and go in the microwave and dishwasher with no problems.

Lock & Lock have become my favourite containers - I have lots in various sizes and would not be without them now. Even with regular washing in the dishwasher they stay airtight and good to look at - I have had no staining or scratching. They store anything and everything and I can not recommend them highly enough.

I like lock and lock containers although they can sometimes be a bit awkward to line up and click closed, especially if you try and do it using only one hand! I got this for keeping a toxic chemical in a spill proof, airtight container and this seems to do the trick just fine. No problems with this item.

Lock & Lock are great containers. These ones are the perfect size for soups, carrot / celery sticks, breadcrumbs etc. I usually make up some breadcrumbs and leave them in the freezer and these are perfect and airtight for that. Seem to be leak proof which is great!!!! Haven't noticed any leaks yet
