I hate microwaving food in plastic takeaway containers, so I bought this product as a solution to my problems.It is a great size - fits enough food for one person for lunch at work (in my opinion) and I've had stews, curries, rice and soup in this glass container. No leakage on the soup. The white rubber seal can be removed to be washed. The seal has not held any stains, but I have rinsed and washed it immediately after a curry/stew or any other oily substance.It seems to be really sturdy as well. I've flung my bag onto the floor with this container at the bottom of said bag, having forgotten it was in there, and it did not get damaged at all and my lunch still intact.

This is a well sized food container... it doesn't leak so is good for taking food to and from work and is made out of glass so can be placed in the microwave (although it doesn't say whether the lid is microwave safe and might warp with heat so I also purchased a silicone suction lid ). So far so good, I also like that you can remove the rubber seal so it can be cleaned properly. Very good product, timely delivery, a good buy all round although 4 stars since not enough information was provided i.e. the microwave safety of the lid/no information as to whether it is BPA free.

Lock&lock needs no review.As always, excellent quality. Strong glass. Perfectly fitting lid. Very good space for the capacity.And the most important part- unlike it's contemporaries like Luminarc and Borosil- it is fit for oven use upto 400 degrees. Yes, it can be used in the convection mode as well.So it goes in the fridge, freezer, microwave and also the oven or microwave convection. That is just amazing for me. I can store, heat and even bake in the same container. Also it can be used for serving. Looks superb.Totally worth the price!!

These are fantastic for food storage. I cook a lot of Indian food and my plastic containers would stain very easily. I never felt comfortable putting them in the microwave either. These glass ones however are really great. No staining at all. While I mainly microwave, it's nice that you can pop them in the oven too. The lid is really robust and fits tightly and securely. My plastic containers are being relegated to storing dry foods.

They are ok but there is a floral pattern on the lid which wasn't made clear. When putting hot food in and putting the lid on and allowing to cool causes a vacuum like normal however unlike my plastic ones this one stops the tabs from holding so the lid is only held on by the vacuum. Also when microwaving food in it the bowl gets very hot so the glass conducts heat more than the plastic so I have to be more careful when handling it.

Good size, excellent quality!If you're looking for good reliable food container that won't leek, cleans super easy and is not plastic, this is a great one to get.One minor hiccup, sometimes the lid can be tricky to adjust if it is not perfectly aligned... not a problem, won't affect the performance and makes sure you're closing it properly, but a little annoying if you're in a rush/

Ideal container for lunch or for storing left-overs! Bought the 750ml which will hold a good portion of lunch/salad/fruit. Easy to clean and definitely more appealing than the plastic containers. One more bonus point is how easy it is to microwave so no more cold lunches in plastic container. A must buy for those who like to meal prep before hand. Wish I had bought this sooner!!

Brilliant containers for lunches at work. The lids fit on easily and remove without any problems. The lids aren't microwave proof, but I put cling film over the open dish, then the lid on, so at work just remove the lid lift a bit of the film up and pop it into the microwave. So good I have now bought another one!All of it is dishwasher proof though which is great!

good quality. except one shortcoming of all glass containers -- heavy.Suggest maybe girls (50kg) / slimmer people going on diet to get a smaller one for portion control, or this one if your diet is mostly salad.Otherwise with the amount of carbohydrates i eat, I easily overshoot my limit in this one. Now, i just don't fill my bowl to brim to portion control.

Purchased this as I was sick of using the plastic boxes for my lunch; it often leaveS sauce stains which everyone knows how hard it is to clean! The lid sits & locks in the food very well - very sturdy! Fits perfectly in my bag and easy to carry around. The size is perfect too, not too big/small. No issues with this product.

Use it extensively for microwave heating of food. Looks good - the glass is sparkling and crystal-clear, and the volume is sufficient to fill food for a small family. My old Lock-n-Lock dish still in use after several years - so I expect this one also to last and display the same durability. Recommended.

Very robust glass container. Bought this container to replace a plastic one as I want to move away from plastic food containers (due to associated health risk). I would prefer a glass lid too but it's not a hug concern as the food doesn't often come into contact with the lid.

This is a quality product and it really does not leak. I got a couple of them in different sizes to serve as lunch boxes, as I tried to cut unnecessary plastic from my household. The dish is not too heavy, which I'm pleased with, as I carry one it in my handbag daily.

this is a great bowl. i now have two different sizes of this brand. they have a great lip that is on the outside of the bowl. the rubber / silicone seal on the lid is great as are the clasps. it is dishwasher and fridge / freezer safe and really easy to keep clean

Love these bowls. Especially when you need to store food in the fridge then reheat. I hate reheating food in plastic dishes. The glass ones are so much better for this purpose. Also no staining.I hand wash the lid so there is no discolouation from the dishwasher
