My family has a number of Bluetooth speakers and two soundbars but ThinQ is a different digital beast. It will certainly make #VoiceFirst come alive at your home. Unboxing and setup was easy. Perhaps unexpectedly finding the best location was harder: after all, it is a relatively powerful speaker that is more like a fixture in a living room. After trying various positions and approaching questions like: where is the nearest power socket? Can we hear it? We have settled on a mini table next to a large sofa. Our Spotify family account finally makes a lot of sense.Secondly, after a few days our two teenagers really got it going: I guess voice control and voice search does not come naturally to generation remembering black and white TVs!

The WK7 is brilliant in near enough all departments - with crisp, clear sound and a nice amount of volume you'd struggle to beat it in price. The Google assistant feature is very good also, and makes simple tasks like playing music even simpler! My only gripe, however, is that after having it for a fortnight it has kept on disconnecting from my WiFi and saying that it cannot find the network - to resolve this I have to do a hard reset of the device which is time consuming and quite irritating.

I was sent this model for testing to give a frank review. It is quite a heavy speaker but therefore, robust and has a good sound, which has a good base and volume. It looks sleek and cool. Not too hard to set up and it uses the Google Assist app, which is handy. Works with Bluetooth only if you don't have wi-fi, which I don't, but I tried this at a friend's house who does have wi-fi. Does not take up too much space. Good competition for the Amazon version (which my friend has) I think!

I was looking for a replacement for our DAB radio as the signal is always so variable in our area. I decided to try internet radio, and after some research came across this speaker with built in Google home. I am so pleased I did, the quality is fantastic, we play both radio and Spotify through it every day, and it sits discretely in the kitchen.

It's early days yet as l have only had unit or a few days. A well made unit as always ( 6 tv's, 2 sound bars, plus this speaker.) Just one small thing, l would like which is a treble control as l prefer more treble.

I am overall pleased with the product. I expected it to be louder. Compared with my Google Home Mini, it does not hear me very well when I "hey google" it. I have to shout when the music is on.

I have a speaker already and wanted another one to connect with it, works brilliantly,combined with spotify and the app you can control both speakers sound through your phone the sound is amazing

I am amazed by this speaker! Had it up and running in minutes! Clear, crisp sound with nice bass. Stylish speaker and looks very cool in my study!

It needs to have more options when it come to answering questions asked to it, at the min it just saying I don’t know how to help with that.

Google assistant works without problem.Sound is very clear and easy to setup although you would need google account.

Perfect product for smart speaker - It works well with my voice commend with TV. Sound qaulity is really good.

lowe the sound box use it fore google home and music when the tv is not one. Its brilliant sound in them
