Learning Resources has done a nice job of combining a learning opportunity (colors, sorting, fruit/veggie identification) with a wonderful set of play food that will work great in your child's play kitchen. The set contains 5 plastic "farmer's market" bushel baskets with 25 pieces of play food (5 of each color). I mainly selected this item because I was looking to add additional fruits and veggies to our play food stash. The teaching opportunities with this set are just an added bonus for me.There's a nice variety of play food which includes some you don't typically see in other play food sets (eggplant, cucumber, pumpkin, 3 different colors of pepper, yellow apple, peach, plum).

Fantastic addition to any toddler's kitchen play set. There is not a single day that my daughter's don't use them. Excellent for learning color sorting and encourage them to keep their toys neatly organised. The quality is good given the price. Easy to clean and dry. I give it four stars because they are smaller than expected (thought they were realistic size)... For size and quality, I prefer the Melissa&Doug's fruits set but this one has a lot more variety. Please take note that some fruits and vegetables are missing on the photo (probably under the bed!)

Simply an amazing product!Great sizes, each vegetable and fruit is easly and instantly recognized, easy to clean, and superb for sorting into their baskets (great size), and they lend themselves to pretend and creative play which is awesome - they are light-weight yet durable, and one of the best learning materials i have found - strongly recommend this to anyone looking for fun, durable, value-for-money material to their nursery group/kindergarten/ preschool classes

I got this for my 16 month old son and he has quickly learnt additional fruits and vegetables he didn’t already know like plum, apricot and broccoli great way to teach kids. They also look quite life like which is helpful. As he gets older I will teach him to sort by colour so I think this is a great toy to have

We have purchased most of this range for my Son as the quality is unbeatable! he chews everything and these have proved extremely robust, and 3 months in they still look the same as the day we gave them to him. Highly recommend!

Great quality fruits and vegetables only one minus that baskets can be also in different colours as fruits and vegetables to better understand for toddler where to put for example yellow banana in to the yellow basket

Haven't recieved this yet but for what I am expecting these look so brilliant. I'm more into wooden toys rather than plastic but these look so durable and will look great in his playroom

Love these and they are durable. Only suggestion is making them all sealed. Some are and some aren't so you can't Todd them in the sink for a good washing.

Fantastic quality! You can't go wrong with learning resources products, you pay a bit more but it's always worth it. These are bright and a nice size.

Great product, my son loves it... unfortunately the stickers for the barrels weren’t in the box. Can’t appear to message the seller at all.

Very well made and good detail. I would have liked to see more different fruits and veg as a few are very similar, just different colour.
