I bought this for a birthday present. It got delivered on time and in one piece, I was a bit worried having read some of the mishaps on delivery. I agree with other reviewers that the mug is not as thick as the old ones but still it is of reasonable quality and makes a lovely present as my friend loves it!

It's a mug. It's orange. It's mug-sized. It's beautiful. It doesn't leak unless you turn it upside-down. It's very expensive for what it is but it's a mug. If you're surprised that it's just a mug and you were expecting more for your money, you're a muppet.

Great service ordered and delivered within 24 hrs. Very well packaged. Sturdy mug love the colours and it will be my coffee cup for many years to come (i hope) Is it worth £12Hell Yes! I love it and look forward to having many cups of coffee from it...

Great mug for coffee. It has a good weight and gets nice and warm to hold in the heat. It’s a great size at 350 ml and after knocking against a metal surface I can attest to its resistance to clumsy moments.

It's beautiful and I put in the oven to heat up milk, it says in the label 180° maximum, I even put it 190°, gets even warmer. The orange lava cup is so beautiful, I just look at it and I want to use it

Went for these as coffee cups to hold a minimum 230ml, they are good quality as expected from Le Creuset. Got them at £10.90 which seemed good value compared to other makes.

Its a lovely mug and keeps drinks warm for ages but it is heavy and the handle is ever so slightly to small for my hands (average man sized)

This has become my new favourite mug. Great quality and looks great, I'll definitely be buying some other colours in the set to go with it

Just love this mug. The weight, the balance, the colour (volcanic).My only quibble is that it is not made in France.
