this kong teddy bear is excellent. i have an adult male akita and i wanted a cuddly toy for him that he wouldnt destroy in 2 minutes. other toys stuffing coming out with two bites. I love the excellent way they are made strong and durable and im sure any breed of dog would not destroy this cuddly teddy bear dog toy. it comes in three different colours which is great. bits of fluff do not come off in your fingers which also makes other toys dangerous as they could choke your pet the same with the normal toys that are filled with stuffing. The quality of this item is unbelievable and the price is very cheap for what you are getting that will last for a long time.

My cats have a smaller version of this toy and I spotted my German Shepherd Puppy trying to cuddle it so I thought I would look to see if there was a dog version. She is besotted with her Bear, wherever she goes, he goes. I cannot put her to bed without him. The toy has been really good for getting her to sleep in her cage and feel comfortable in there. The ears have both been chewed off after having it for several months, but I was expecting that as my puppy is going through a big chewing and teething phase at the moment. Also, knowing that the toy has minimal stuffing really puts me at ease as my puppy seems to love stuffing and then wonders why she feels ill after trying to eat it. Overall,

At first my dog was a bit unsure of his new teddy... but now it goes everywhere! He loves it. He has really given a good chewing and it still looks great. A great product I highly recommend. Update...it has now been 8 months since purchase....poor teddy not doing so good...first his squeaker stopped working and my dog has very poor eyesight so really only likes squeaky toys...I opened teddy up and put in a squeaky ball back in July, this worked much better than the original squeaker and is still working however teddy is now falling apart...but, it has been his favourite toy since he got it, so I am getting him a new one for Christmas,

My border collie normally grabs a toy and within sometimes minutes has destructed it .I was wary of buying this bear for him because anything with a squeak a b.c normally has to distruct in order to put an end to the squeak .I am delighted to say that with this toy my boy has had hours of fun and he knows who Teddy is and will respond when asked to go find Teddy then he has a gentle nibble on the knobbly parts .We have to date just one small hole in Ted's chest that I will repair but I am so happy to say This is one fluffy companion our dog has not destroyed .It has been four months since he first played with his toy and it is still in tact .I truly never thought I would be saying this of a

I bought this product in 2018 and forgot to do a review! My dog absolutely loves this bear, he takes it to bed every night and it is very strong! I've bought many toys for my dog over the years, he is a big labradoodle so I like to have strong toys for him, most toys he breaks by pulling on them but this bear is still alive!! He has chewed the ear off but he likes to do this with all his toys but everything else is still exactly the same as when I bought it, there are no rips as all and I would definitely buy another if he ever did break it. My dog is 30kg so as you can imagine when he pulls on things he puts all his weight behind him to try and pull it back.

I'm very pleased with this bear. He arrived next day as promised and ever since he arrived my lurcher hasn't put him down. He's been thrown, shaken, chewed and cuddled and still looks like he did when I opened the box. We have always chosen Kong toys as she rips everything else apart within minutes but even previous Kong toys she's ripped the squeaker out in 5 minutes. (Then I sew it back up and its good for a couple of months). Day 3 and the squeaker is still in situ which is a record in this house. After 3 days I can't really comment on the bears longevity but it is looking very promising so far. I will definitely be buying again

I'm now on my 3rd one of these in about 15 months.Fairly sturdy, though if you let your dog hang on it, it will tear, revealing the delicious forbidden insides.I don't remember what happened to the 1st Ted. The 2nd has been gutted and is still in the garden somewhere. Ted the third is currently safe and being treated with a modicum of respect, cuddled and slept on.They wash fine if left out in the rain all night. The facial features haven't come off any of her victims, and she definitely only got to the first because we were playing too rough.

Have always bought these for the chocolate Labrador as he loves His tug of war. Like many things these days, companies downsize their products, eg 1 less chew in the packet.These new toys seem to have been a victim of the same practise. They look the same, but whereas before I used to get a good grip of the legs, these one's seem to have a thinner rope in them and He can get away with the Toy.However at the end of the day He is happy, how long they last ( used to be about a month, unless one of the other dog's get a hold of it) we shall see.

I gave one star only to longevity, sturdiness and durability, but overall it is a 5 for me. True it is "killed" instantly by any larger dog with prey drive. I have a pit bull type dog, a staffy. He is relentless in toy death, well he never damages the furniture only toys.He also hates toys he can not break. He gets quickly bored, but that teddy he loves. He instantly destroyed most of it but even the killed teddy without face follows him in the bed. Even when it came he was on the not opened box, once he saw it, this was his favourite toy

i have a black lab who destroys all the toughest toys around in less than 30 mins, so i was a bit hesitant about getting this because it is soft and he has had it for nearly a year which is the longest lasting toy he has had. yes he did chew the ears so i cut them off but it was still going strong. i brought him a new one this year in a different colour and he loves it.i think the price is excellent i have paid more for toys that didn't last 5 mins, so i would recommend this toy to everyone

We have a German shepherd cross who quite likes having a cuddly toy to play tug of war with and he often takes it with him to bed. We've had this for over three weeks now and it's still intact. Must say that it's not all that big (we bought the x large) as you can see in the picture. A little bit bigger would be great. But other than that it's a great buy. He however does NOT chew toys, I know a friend who's got a German shepherd and this toy was destroyed within days.

I bought this for a very destructive Dachsund puppy. He seemed to love the toy, however as it still has stuffing inside he managed to get all the stuffing and the rope out after a few weeks of playing with it. However, for a dog that isn't a toy destroyer this would be fab. On the plus side, this Teddy is a complete empty shell and he still brings it to me to play tug with so I'm glad I bought it as he does love it but anything with stuffing inside is a no go with him!

My greyhound loves this bear. He doesn’t bother with any other toys now. It has had some serious abuse and it is incredibly still in one piece. The squeaker is also still working after several weeks, which is usually something that packs up first. He also plays with this longer than any other toy he’s had. He is an ex racing greyhound and when we adopted him 6 months ago he did not really understand what to do with toys. He is now inseparable from this ?.

My youngest Kerry Blue has five of these. New Barney, Young Barney, Beach Barney, Car Barney and Bad Barney. She managed to kill one when she was very small, he was Old Barney but miraculously the others have survived the regular abuse. I wash them in the machine when they get a bit honky and they survive that trauma as well. This is a super toy and if any of the afore mentioned Barneys bite the dust I will definitely replace him with the same product.

This is a great toy compared to the rest of soft dog toys as it is robust to some extent. The ears came off within 3 days and there has now been some loss of the stuffing after 3 weeks of use, compared to other toys that have been destroyed within a total of 3 days it is good. The rope inside makes it a good tug toy also and the material is thick and durable. My dog is just over 1 year old border collie and he does love it so plays with him a lot.
