I brought this for my puppy to keep her occupied when I am out for a couple of hours and it works a treat. I buy sandwich paste from the supermarket in tuna, beef and chicken etc.... And using a knife smother it all over the grooves nice and tight to make my dog work hard liking it of. My only negative comment would be that my puppy has also eaten away some of the rubber on the sides, I guess where it's easier to chew, so I only give it to her for short periods as I wouldn't want her to chew a big bit and get it stuck inside her tummy causing her to be ill. Other than that it works well.

Brilliant for a teething puppy. It can be chilled in the fridge to soothe a puppy's gums.I found that the flat strips of dog treats (available in most supermarkets) are perfect for cutting into thin strips and jamming in the grooves. Keeps an energetic puppy entertained for ages. It's my cockapoo puppy's favourite thing to chew.Wouldn't be without it.

This is one of my boys (british bulldog) favourite toys. He still chews on it most days and makes sure it's well hidden in his bed. I have lots of dogs visiting the house and it is one of the toys they 'fight' (not literally) over. It has been chewed by everything from a tiny miniature daschund to a full grown mastiff and still isn't broken.

Item arrived quickly. My puppy really liked the teething stick, but it was a lot quicker for her to remove the treats than with a kong. I tried freezing it, but this made it even easier as the treat 'cracked' and came out. Still is good for some entertainment for puppy, won't keep them going as long as a classic Kong though.

My puppy loves this. Once he'd been with us a few days and gotten used to everything, he took to chewing on this very happily. It's held up well so far and is easy to clean with a spare toothbrush. I haven't tried to smear any sort of treat through the grooves, but that could definitely be a fun game for your puppy.

My puppy loves to chew on this and it is helping with his teething (along with a frozen flannel!). He is already quite a tough chewer but it seems robust. I've also squished cheese into the slots to help him switch off for some down time and it can keep him amused for 15+ minutes. Excellent Kong toy. I'd recommend.

My puppy loves this kong, and will actually choose to eat her kibble stuffed into this over a plate full of kibble! She seems to prefer this to one of the round bobbly kongs, and will happily chew it if it's not stuffed. seems to be holding up well after sever weeks of chewing, I would recommend this.

Puppy loves it! Finding Durable toys for a puppy are hard but this ones a tough cookie that has out lasted any other toys. He loves it when I fill the gaps with peanut butter. Would probably recommend bigger then small for any pup bigger then a cocker spaniel as mines boarderlining a bigger one

My new puppy was taking a liking to the skirting boards. I thought it was time to buy some new toys. She loves this. I can fill the little groves with paste or peanut butter and he spends ages chewing and licking that instead of the skirting boards. Win win. Good value and worth the purchase.

I have bought this product prior to getting my first puppy later this month so although I've given it five stars it hasn't been used yet. I'm sure it will help with teething and hopefully will prevent her from chewing my furniture! Once she has used it for a while I will give another review.

Anything to give a teething puppy an alternative to chewing furniture or shoes. He took to it straight away but soon got bored so I bought some paste to go with it. That helped. There is no substitute for shoes though. It's your smell on them that's a comfort when you aren't there I suppose.

Surprised at how small this is ,its perfect for my 9week old toy yorkie . She has the tiniest of mouths. Loved chewing on it .Its a shame you can not ask for a colour preference . I was hoping it was pink as in the photo but recieved blue. Never mind still a good chew for my pup x

Having had a large dog kong , and then buying a small one for a puppy , i was at first not sure if i had done the right thing .However now , i know i did.It is robust and a good tool for a teething puppy .All people who have pups should invest in one of these .

Our Border Terrier puppy loves this, both on his own or while sitting on our knee and us holding it so he can get a right good chew! Lovely, soft rubber material, but strong enough so no bits missing (had it for 3 weeks now, and chewed on every day).

This is an excellent product. Not too hard on a puppys small teeth but with enough "give" to keep her interested. I fill the ends and the grooves running along it with feta cheese or peanut butter and my puppy loves it. I would definitely recommend.
