I needed a decent pair of sidecutter for pcb cropping and similar after breaking my coveted pair of Lindstrom HS8147 (my fault). These will take some getting used to as they're a little larger head, slightly less nimble and cutting angle feels quite different. However, the blades are truly precision ground with a mirror like finish and perfectly aligned. They cut perfectly, right to the tip.I doubt there are better cutters out there close to this price.

Made well enough, the jaws aren't perfectly symmetric, however this is nitpicking. They cut well and allow for a completely flush cut. I work in an electronic assembly role so believe me when I say I am cutting wires ALL DAY. These show no sign of breaking down yet. I only cut copper or alu wires and about 5000s cable ties tho. Nothing harder. I have pushed them well past their recommended 1.6mm2 rating and they held up fine.

It does what it is designed to do, without a hitch. I have used it to cut Kanthal wire up to 24 AWG (0.5 mm), and it handles it fine. Not even a scratch. Still not sure it was worth the price though. It is fairly expensive.
