Excellent quality fine wire cutters. I bought them for making coils for my rda's and rta's. They have one side of the cutting jaws which is flat so you can get close to the posts when clipping leads and are small enough to get into the tight spaces on small build decks. Knipex have always produced some of the best cutters you can buy and these are no exception. Highly recommended theses for any type of small fine wire cutting.They might be more expensive than most but as they say you get what you pay for and in my opinion they are worth the money.

Work extremely well for the task they are meant for ie small diameter wires. We use them all day on some jobs to cut straight ends on cat 5/6 cables, give a lovely straight edge due to overlapping jaws for crimping down. But be aware they are not meant for harder materials or larger diameter cables, we recently had a heavy handed employee trying to cut thicker cables and over exerting pressure which broke the cutters. These cutters are only meant for fairly delicate work, as advertised. Used properly they are excellent as is the norm for Knipex.

Chartered engineer who's also into wargaming. For tiny single core wires buried in plc computers, cutting zip ties perfectly OCD flush so they don't scag your hands, or deflashing a gaming minuture. Accept no substitute. Blades line up perfect and cut flush every time. Important if cutting the wrong wire in a bundle is an issue. So good for bomb disposal too I guess. Do not let people borrow them and look after the cutting edge by not cutting thick high voltage wires or hardened metals and it will last a long time.

Nice side cutters - great for tidying up PCBs. These are a flush cut so you can cut very close the the PCB. In hindsight I should have got the ones ground with a bevel rather than flush so that it's easier (and more consistent) to leave a bit of solder on the pad when cutting. But a nice sharp pair of snips.

Knipex pliers and cutters I have found are always of a very high quality. In this model the hardness of the cutting edges and the uniformity/deflection associated with the cutting edges under pressure is perfect. Overall a satisfied customer. I believe it is worth paying the premium for quality tools.

I have had a Similar pair of Cutters from RS for years and these had replaced them and I am perfectly happy. they are well presented and attention to detail is clear in the Knipex Brand, I have never owned this brand before but I heard they were great and so far they have proved to be just that.

Specifically purchased for flush cutting cable ties. Super quality, very sharp, just right on the spring strength for self opening. Everything you expect from the Knipex brand. Not the cheapest but pretty much the best.

These are one of those tools that are a joy to use. They fit perfectly in the hand. Do exactly what they are designed to do without fuss and have a look and feel of absolute quality. I love them.

I just needed top quality cutters that I could use to accurately snip insulated or tinned wire in confined spaces without damaging other discrete components. These aren’t cheap but are quality

Knipex is one of the best out there. Flush jaws are what I was looking for. And the quality is awesome! However be careful as it is a hardened metal, you may break the jaws if you hulk on it.

Brought to cut vape wire. Theses things are excellent! Worth every penny. I seem to snap all vape wire cutters I have brought but these bad boys are super tough and cut very close

While a good pair of flush cutters, I tend to use them for trimming plastic spruces form plastic model kits and 3d prints, I'm not sure they're worth the price I paid for them

Awesome pliers. Good quality steel as you would expect. Flat cut on the one side allowing you to get close to the solder joint when trimming components on PCBs.

Knipex is one of the best Electronic tools manufacturer...These cut perfectly flush therefore they are perfect to cut cableties, and "legs" on PCBs

Great for cutting off the excess on your cable/zip ties as they leave the knuckle flush, no razor sharp spikes anymore. Great product.
