I don't even need to try this product to know that it's good, however I did order these thinking they were the steel fixing pliers and these are extremely heavy compared and have a very large head on them.Still an excellent set to add to the tool box!Don't even call them pliers/pincers to be honest, just the Knipex, shows how the quality of the German company has really taken over this industry.Just to compare this to something though. I have the Teng tool box set and the ones provided in that are very very good, but I'm always going to choose Knipex over them, because they are simply better.

These pincers are monsters! Nice wide jaws and comfortable grips. Personally, I use them when roofing for clipping / knapping old clay roof tiles on their corners, where they sometimes don't sit too well if they happen to be an odd size / brand that has been mixed in with other second hand tiles. Either way, it saves lugging an angle grinder up and down the roof!

Good quality with a very tight gap so that even the smallest protruding nail or tack can be gripped for removal. Well finished with a weight that feels quality. Very pleased. Delivery was longer than expected but it came from Germany in about 8days. Price was good and about what I expected to pay for this quality.

As I get older I began replacing some of my old tools with good quality ones. I have not been disappointed with this purchase. A good length (225 mm) comfortable and efficient to use. A strong grip with easy to remove nails and tacks. Not cheap but will easily see me out.

I have used these a lot since I brought them, perfect for grabbing just the edges of floorboard nails that have been in for 70 years.Well made quality tool.

An exceptional pair of pincers, I've been a woodworker for 50+ years and still have my old Stanley pincers but the quality of these tools are far superior.

Lovely build quality, compact but very sturdy. Design allows you to grip nails with little head visible, really good tool

They pull small nails and can cut 16 gauge finish nails with some extra force .
