Bought these after quite a bit of searching round to find just what I wanted in terms of size, angle of arms, opening gait etc.The handle covering is better than it looks and provides good grip.They are really nicely made and feel like they'll last years (I will use them 7-25+ times a month).So much so in fact, that they have provoked me to buying further Knipex pliers and a screwdriver which I am also very pleased with.Yes you can buy cheaper... but you get what you pay for and these so far seem to be a quality item for a very good price! :-OWell happy.:-)

I needed a pair of circlip pliers for removing a couple of circlips from an old SLR camera (Canon A-1) that I wanted to repair myself. I spent a while searching for the right pliers - nearly all were too large (for automotive use) or the small ones didn't look like they would close enough for my camera. Then I found the Knipex ones and, although expensive, they are precise and suitable for the tiny circlips in cameras.
