I'm a true handbag fan and this has to be one of the cheapest I've ever owned - but it's nice and it will be useful.In many ways, I loved this little bag. Like all Kipling bags, it's beautifully made, has a (boring?) grey lining and appears very solid and 'workmanlike'. There is an outside pocket (magnetic close) and an inside zipped one and the strong zip, means no-one is able to steal a purse out of it. Of course it also has the Kipling monkey.It will prove to be an excellent bag to take to a dance - the strap fits across the body and is adjustable to be fairly long. The bag is plenty big enough for a cloakroom tickent, a purse and a hanky.

To the person who is obviously targeting my Vine reviewers for this and other products with negative votes and using multiple accounts to do it, GET A LIFE. Try making some friends to get you out the house, rather spending all day adding negative votes to Vine reviews.I thought Mrs C would like a new bag so I ordered this item from my Vine list. At the asking price I thought we would be getting a beautifully made bag with useful compartments. What actually arrived was something that was sub-par to my own expectations.Firstly, this is a very small bag. This is suitable for an evening out rather than general use.Second the material is a bit garish.

This is a perfect little shoulder bag for nipping about or for on holiday.Killing are always top quality (I've had a few over the years) and this is no exception.The pattern is a deeper richer colour in person which I much prefer and the bag itself has anexterior pocket that fastens with a press stud and one interior zipable pocket. The main compartment has a zip and ofcourse the bag comes with its own little monkey!You won't fit lots in this bag but it's ideal for the essentials.it's perfect for when I work at vintage and craft fairs as I have huge bags of stock and bits n bobs bit when I nip for a coffee or to the loo I just need a bag big enough to fit my keys purse and phone in.

I've always thought that Kipling bags must be a fairly superior quality due to the price, and I have admired them but been put off by the prices. This is a small bag suitable for parties or lunches out, you won't fit much more in it than a purse, phone and keys. It has an inner zip pocket, and a handy wee lanyard inside for your keys. There's also the wee gorilla keyring on the front. The colours are lively but not too bright to clash, so you could use it with a wide variety of outfits. It's a handy enough wee bag, but to be honest it doesn't really feel vastly superior in quality to cheaper equivalents, and based on this first experience of Kipling bags, it wouldn't swing me towards paying out the high prices asked to buy them.

I was looking for a small evening bag or clutch bag that would suit formal occasions and as I am a huge Kipling fan and know that you always get top quality bags, I bought this bag after reading the reviews from other sellers. The bag is lovely, not too big, and the Kipling animal print adds a nice finish to the bag. What I especially like with this bag is the gold trim via the zip and the keyring on the monkey which makes it look a bit more sophisticated and It is nice to have a nice plastic monkey on the bag too. Inside the bag is a large main pocket which will fit a small brush, a purse, a mobile phone with ease and there is a key chain attached so you will always be able to find it.

Ordered the Winter Paisley Abela bag for my Mum from Amazon and the delivery was amazingly quick! Lovely design, very pretty and out of curiosity thought I'd see how much you could fit in this small bag. Well, it fitted my purse, small umbrella, packet of tissues, large bunch of keys, hairbrush, lipstick and few other makeup items, small fold up shopping bag and there's still a little more room - amazing!! Only one problem, I now want to keep this bag for myself! Haha. Think I'm going to have to buy another one! For a small bag, I'd highly recommend this one.Since this review, I bought myself this bag in the Dazz Blue. Love the colour, goes great with jeans! And as above,

This is a gorgeous little shoulder bag. Has an adjustable webbed strap, a little pocket with a magnetic fastening on the front, the main part of the bag has a small zipped pocket inside, a handy key strap sewn into the lining, very handy with a solid fastening for your keyring. this bag is big enough for a purse and mobile and maybe a small diary but thats it, it is very small and dainty.The pattern on the outside is aggreable but the furry gorilla atatched to a ring on the front is not! That came off strait away even though its the Kipling logo!!I have given this 4*'s because it is vastly expensive! No way would I pay that much for a small bag.If you are a label person then maybe you wont mind the price tag but in my opinion it is not worth it,

Kipling started off by manufacturing backpacks for outdoor pursuits before entering the handbag market, and it's this odd combination of practical design/manufacture and style that gives them their unique appeal. They're very well made, with tough industrial fabrics and lots of handy features - inner pockets, an internal keyring lanyard and adjustable strap in this case - coupled with jazzy prints and signature details - the embossed rubber logo and the toy gorilla keychain that comes with every bag. Beware, though, gents, if your considering this as a gift for your significant other. Kipling bags are very trendy, but they definitely have a niche audience,

Make no mistake, this is a very small bag, but, in my case, just what a I wanted purely to use for evenings out. During the day I seem to need to carry all manner of items in my handbag, and have other lovely Kipling bags for that purpose. However, on an evening out I don't want to carry loads, so this bag fits the bill perfectly. I selected the Black Animal colour with its gold trim and am really pleased. It looks more dressy. This small bag has enough room for my purse, specs, iphone and lipstick, tissues, with a little room to spare. If, like me, you want a small bag for evenings, this is ideal and I would definitely recommend.

I first saw this bag in a local Kipling shop and thought it would be ideal for using on a casual evening out, most of my Kipling bags are a fair bit bigger - no surprise there, but I hoped I could purchase it cheaper on Amazon and, of course, I could. Yes, it is small but holds all I need for a night out, I use the inner zip pocket to hold my money so no need for a purse, which leaves more room for any other bits........phone, mirror, lippy etc. The black animal print looks a little smarter than the lighter colours and the price was too good to miss. Overall I'm pleased

I know previous reviews said it was a small bag which didn't particularly bother me as I like small bags but it was a lot smaller than I expected especially as I had bought the matching small creativity purse to use with it. The purse practically fills the bag. However this will not stop me from using it when I don't need to take a big bag out with me. Mobile phone fits snugly in partition at the front, key fob is great and there is even a small zipped compartment in main bag. Colour is also darker than expected.

Nice handy little bag to fit just your essentials, very lightweight. It has a front pouch that closes with a magnatized clasp and a main zipped compartment that has the keyring holder and a back zipped pocket. Like the modern look monkey which I kept on (not keen on the furry ones always take them off) and I like the print not too over the top but also not just plain black.

I love this bag. For a small bag it's very organised and sleek in appearance. I ordered the black animal which looks very stylish. I put my uki purse in the main compartment with my iPhone, lippy, refreshers, tissues and keys. For a small bag you can squeeze a lot in.I'd definitely reccomend this to other's.

A great little bag just big enough for your keys, glasses, purse and phone. Great for evenings out or when you just want to pop out and don't want to take a big handbag with you. Well made and it has the usual Kipling key clip on a cord to save you rumaging for your keys. Recommended.

This is a small bag, but I use it when using shoppers, as it's great. I can get in a new money purse, 2 travel deodarants, folding brush, travel suntan lotion and tisuses and wipes. I got this one in dazzling blue which is gorgeous colours. The picture is of the peach one.
