This is very much my partner’s review.T'his is a good bag if you want one larger than the Kipling customary size. I was able to fit in A4 pads and my regular size iPad. It is good for travelling as all valuables and documents fit into it, as it is large and strong. It is great for flying as I was able to have everything I needed on the plane with me and not worry about things being in the overhead locker. The colour is very smart looking and goes with everything. It is a practical shape but it is best to also get a separate purse or bag for money/cards/small items so they are not lost at the bottom of the bag. it has a detachable shoulder strap and tote handles,

I have 4 medium sized and 1 very small Kipling bag already. I wanted a slightly larger bag to take on a short coach trip. After looking at other tote and shopper bags, I found this Kipling new shopper and firstly the navy and white stripes caught my eye - very summery. Now that I have purchased this and have it at home, I am extremely satisfied and happy with this bag. It is roomy inside for all the usual things I carry around in my bag plus I can fit in a bottle of water, Kindle, MP3 and a rolled up scarf. Both the carry handles and shoulder strap are very comfortable to use and the bag stays close to the body with either. The shoulder strap is adjustable.

I use this New Shopper S as a daily handbag - it is small enough to get away with it as a handbag and so useful if you need to carry lots of bits and bobs e.g. water bottle, iPad and all the other clutter women like to lug around. I don't like having two sets of handles so I've removed the long one (it just clips off) and I find the grab handle is long enough to wear over my shoulder in the usual way. A useful bag, adequate pockets, and there's top zip to keep things safe. When I'm in town I clip my purse (Kipling of course) to the long thing inside which I presume is for keys, anyway it's an extra safety measure for when you're at risk from pickpockets. Yes - I love my new bag - another addition to my Kipling collection.

I bought this bag to use in the winter time to give a splash of colour against dark clothing, and it does not disappoint. Excellent quality bag, no inserts , just a big inner space so it makes it easier to stuff in more stuff. It does however have a zipped pocket at the back and inside and one for a mobile phone. It also has a lanyard for keys. Comes with handles so you can carry in you hand, but wide enough to slip over your shoulder, also comes with a wide shoulder strap, which is detachable. The Kipling logo is on at her flat plastic keying rather than a pom pom (Which are always falling off), which is a nice touch. Very pleased.

Love this bag. My only problem is although it has the phone pockets and small zip pockets (inside and outside) the bag is one compartment which can lead to constant rummaging. Can use as ashoulder bag without the extra strap which is good as I don't like these straps.I have bought the Kipling Creativity L Womens Purse in the same pattern to keep all my small items together and it's now perfect. Might be buying the same duo in a different pattern for winter. Bought Kipling items before but these are the first two I've bought where you get a monkey and now I have two. Matt and Don. How sad am I? LOL

Although I really like the Kipling Shopper S I only gave it 4 stars as I find has less substance in the material than the other Kipling bags I own. I was forever finding it difficult to keep track of items in my bag until I added a bag insert which holds my purse, brush, keys and other items that I can just lift out of the bag and insert into another handbag if needed. The Kipling material is sturdy as you would expect but it would have needed a bit more padding to get the sides to stay in place.

I love Kipling bags and I already have several. This bag is the same size as a small rucksack and an ideal size for a day out as well as being called a 'shopper'. I find easily it holds purse, phone, bottle of water, cardigan or umbrella, book or tablet, make-up, tissues, wipes. Plenty of room for additional small purchases too. The fabric is soft and flexible and the strap is long enough to be worn over body if preferred. I also have a smaller bag in the same fabric. Great price from Amazon.

This is such a useful bag. It is a big bigger than an average womens handbag so can take all those little extras you might need on a day out: woolly hat, scarf, gloves, camera, binoculars, small umbrella, but which wouldn't normally fit in a handbag. It is lighweight, water-resistant, has a sturdy zip across the top, a wide adjustable shoulder/cross-body strap and has useful compartments. All that with a lovely colourful design in great colours. I love it.

Size is great, very roomy but not massive. Print is gorgeous. Handy zip on the side and comes with the useful key fob. My only complaint is that the handles are too long. I am 5ft 1 and the length of the handles means the bag is knocking against my calf muscles. I don't use the shoulder straps because I walk with a stick and cannot carry a bag on my shoulder. I don't know why Kipling felt the need to make the handles so short

Lovely handbag and already have a similar one. Decent size without being too big. Nice Navy colourway which is not suggested in the details. A true dark Navy in my opinion with embossed dots on. Nice and roomy to chuck all the clutter in. I know this Kipling bag will be durable as I have many, many others. Lightweight, which is why I like the Kipling Brand. Excellent quality and a good price for such a large bag. Lovely!

Fab bag plenty room inside for all the things i need for the flight to any holodays i take. Great material looks like it will wear well and wipe down easy. I got the urban grey which on the pictures looks beige grey. I asked revewers if it was grey or beige grey and had mixed replys so i asked kipling who said it was beige grey but its not it is just grey.so i was a bit disappointed but its still a nice bag.

Bought as a gift for my 84 yr old mum. She wanted a bag big enough to take some shopping without having to also carry a handbag. She loves it as it’s not too heavy like other bags she’d looked at and much smarter than an ordinary shopping bag. She can put her purse and mobile in it securely and loves how she doesn’t have to hunt for her door key. I might get myself one too!

Love this bag from Kipling. I needed a bag large enough to carry my essentials as well as a couple of fold up shopping bags. This is perfect, not too large that you end up with a sore shoulder from overfilling it.The design and colour is great for spring and summer and goes with a lot of different colour ways.Another great bag from Kipling

You can't go wrong with Kipling bags, I have been buying them for years before they became more well known and expensive but they are still good value if you can get on special offers. This one is a nice rich plum colour for the winter. I use as a handbag and can fit mini ipad in it easily. Usual excellent Kipling quality and style.

I just love this range of bags - they're so lightweight, sturdy, well-thought out and I love the colours they come in. I don't usually use this with the shoulder strap as that makes it very heavy but the 2 straps go over my shoulder nearly anyway so I'm happy with that. The zingy pink is a happy colour!
