Unfortunately I hadn’t received my order and the delivery date was past due so I contacted woofie love customer service and they were excellent, they were very apologetic though due to the current climate, delivery is out of their control yet they had a replacement couriered to me the same day and I have received it today.It’s a beautifully made jacket. I ordered the medium for my cocker spaniel who is 6 months old, she has plenty of growing room as the straps are good, thick, sturdy Velcro.The outside is a lovely padded shower proof matierial that is emblazoned on the coller with the joules name and the iconic joules rabbit is stitched into the fabric towards the back.The inside of the jacket

Just received this coat and as soon as I saw it thought, this is too big. Checked sizes and I definitely ordered the appropriate. Unfortunately the Small is now sold out so I can't return it for smaller one. Opened it up and it fits in the neck, just. But way too big around the body. I'll keep it and take it to get adjusted rather than more shopping around.I have a very large lhasa and, despite what the sizing chart says, he definitely isn't a medium!

I’m rating the coat which was top quality, beautifully made. I’ve just had to drop a star as it didn’t fit our dog. Our dog is a rescue, long in the body (so the medium size was too small across her back) but very narrow under the ribs ( so the large size was far too wide, better for a lab) but that’s just us and odd sized dog. Otherwise would have kept the coat for quality, promptness of delivery and general lovely feel good factor.

We bought the small size for our Boston Terrier puppy. It is a little on the big size, so have added an additional popper, but will be perfect size for next Autumn/ winter. Light weight, yet warm and he didn’t mind wearing it to the park on the cold windy days we had in March. We found the sizing chart very helpful as in comparison to other dog coats we looked at recommending a medium which would have swamped our puppy.

Really happy with this dog coat, pooch looks instantly smart, fabric is warm but lovely and lightweight. Only downfall, Velcro strap is a bit too long for my dog, his belly is not big enough (Lhaso apso) so had to add another Velcro strap to the coat to prevent the excess length of strap drooping and catching on grass and pavement, but coat length from crest to tail is perfect.

I recently bought this on sale for my Staffordshire bull terrier. I bought the large size as he's a big lad, and extremely broad in the chest. I was really pleased i can get a good fit on him, as he can be an awkward shape to fit when buying off the peg for him. He looks very smart in his new joules collar, lead and coat. They are truly excellent value!

A little on the large size at the moment for my young retriever but he will soon grow into it. Quality of the coat is excellent , water resistant outer and lovely soft padded inner. Navy blue is very smart. Main thing I would ask joules to think about is a larger opening for the fastening ring to pop through from the dogs harness.....its a bit fiddly

Lovely coat. A little big still but that is because we purposely bought it for our puppy to grow into. It is great quality and nice and warm. Also we just found out it is pretty tough and hard wearing as our 5 month pup was just attacked by a dog that was off lead with the owner having zero control and absolutely no damage to puppy or coat

The coat is lovely although I have had to send it back as it was far to big for my dog. My 2 local joules do not stock dog coats as they don’t have room in there stores, I think it would be better if the store stocked them so that customers can see what the sizes actually look like and save the time sending items back as a return

Bought for a sheltie and the length is perfect. However the strap around the neck and tummy are really long (about 10cm too long) and will need to be altered. The coat is stunning. Extremely well made. Lovely colour and nice and warm and great price in the sale. So really happy with it but a bit disappointed about the sizing.

Although the coat looked good and was of excellent quality, it did not fit my daughters German Pointer very well. The length was fine but the fastening strap needed to be adjustable as it was much too big and hung down. My daughter is trying too think of the best way of altering it.

Bought the pink coat for our little girl. Well made and warm. I have had to make another harness hole as the one provided is too far forward. Saying that I have not seen a coat where the has the hole in the correct place. Have bought the navy one now for our little boy!

Got this in the sale - bargain for a great quality coat - lovely and warm and waterproof ready for winter. Only thing is that the sizing wasn’t accurate - I measured my dog and used your guide but ended up having to send it back and reorder in a small - it comes up big

I wasn’t sure if the size was going to be right but it was perfect. (Small for a terrier/whippet cross) It looks beautiful and keeps him nice and toasty when it’s cold out. Easy to fit and has a hole for lead of using a harness. Super happy and great value!

I bought this for a friend's Parsons Russell terrier pupp. It's great quality ,also has a hole for a harness lead which is good. It would be a bonus if it was waterproof too. My friend was very happy with it and his pulp looks stylish and cute:)
