I've tried a number of cheaper wire strippers for smaller wires around 24/22AWG (0.2/0.35mm2 ish). Normally they either damage/cut the wire or refuse to strip at all even when there is a manual tension adjustment.Not these. They strip cleanly and easily every time and no annoying adjuster. Solid core is unmarked, so no nick to break at later. Strands are not cut, it even will strip the outer off a thin coax (RG-174) with out damaging the braid.Only complaint is they are a bit too light which doesn't inspire confidence of a durable product. They are very well made though so for smaller wiring I am sure they will last a long time. Not used on thicker mains cords so can't comment on those.

What a nice little tool to keep around, a nice adjustable tab to get an accurate length of core exposed, it also has a nice wire cutting function on the top which makes a nice satisfying (click) as it cuts the wire cleanly.If you work with wires alot or are even a hobbyist with electrics and soldering this is well worth having around.

Amazing tool i only use this for nym cables 1.5mm and so on. Very durable always the perfect size for your connections, cant go wrong with this tool
