Delivery was quick and the carrier is sturdy, however I am taking a point off because I could not attach the handles or the door and had to phone my son to come and do it. The secret is to pinch the small attachments with pliers and then shove them in place.The other thing is that the door comes off completely and is not hinged. This could be awkward if you have a very angry determined cat, however it snaps into place quite well and seems secure when closed.The carrier is a good size for my adult cat and I have lined the base with sheepskin for extra comfort. Overall, I am happy with the carrier, but I wish the manufacturers had attached everything before they sent it.

A very smart, very sturdy carrier; quite well balanced. Had a few problems trying to fix the door clips in place but once they are in situ they make the gate very secure and easy to use. Its not very big though and the one fundamental error I made was not measuring the cat to make sure she would fit in comfortably...thought I could judge! Luckily she's not very big so its just right for her but I think a larger cat might struggle a little. Very easy to keep clean and disinfect.

This arrived today. I have bought it for a Westie puppy until he gets bigger. Looks good and is very sturdy. Quite difficult to clip together. If you have arthritis of the hands or other hand problems you will probably need help. Why this couldn't be put together in the factory I don't know. It is not as if it is flat packed it comes as if it was assembled. Apart from that very pleased.

I ordered this item a few days before Christmas and did not expect it to arrive before the holidays.However, it did!It is very good value for money,robust,sturdy and ideal for those quick trips to the vet.Retailers in my area sell nothing similar, at this price and quality.I am very pleased with this purchase!

This done the job perfectly.It was slightly fiddily getting the bars on the front and putting it all together but once it was in one piece it was great they are a little bigger than the one I previously had so its nice knowing the cat has that little bit more space to move around in.

I bought this product by mistake as i thought it was the one that opens at the top that looks the same. However it does what i wanted, is a sturdy carrier with plenty of room, the only down is how fiddly it is to put the front in place.

Good, solid carrier. Just have to clip in door and handle to complete assembly. Put a nice soft blanket in and your cat (or small dog) will love it. Easy to clean if your pet doesn't travel well. Brightens up the vet's waiting room.
