This paint has worked perfectly on plastic for me, although it will work on numerous surfaces such as metal, wood, glass etc. As with all the Humbrol paints this is great quality and you can get a really nice finish with this paint no matter what you use it on.As for the colour, it is certainly on the darker side of red bordering into brown and is a rather natural looking colour. The paint itself is rather thin, so you will most likely need to use two coats of this paint to get a solid looking finish. Although the tin carries 14ml of paint, you can cover a surprising amount of surface with not much paint on your brush.

Not used yet so cannot rate. It is what I expected ie a very small tin of humbrol paint and it arrived quite quickly.
