I purchased these for my mom as they were recommended by her doctor for people with neuropathy in their feet. I based her sizing off of the majority of her size 7 Nike runners and ordered her the size 7 HOKA. There is about a thumb width gap between her heel and the end of the shoe. I asked to refund them and the seller had no issue, but discovered that I must pay for return shipping costs which is quite a bit because it is international.Took about 5 weeks to arrive in Canada. No extra customs due. 4* due to larger fit.

Very happy with these. They use both on the mill and out running. Lightweight shoes with good cushioning

Usually uses Str. 39 EU. Ordered here str.40 2/3. Good to wear with good cushioning. Nice color.
